I've ordered two cakes now from Sugarbee and I was blown away with the creativity and care put into both. Our families absolutely loved the cakes... the decor, the amazing frosting, and the delicious funfetti cake inside. I can't recommend this bakery enough and I look forward to my next order. Super cute cake just to be thrown out. The frosting tasted weird, almost grainy and there was so much of it. We didn’t even feel comfortable serving it. I don’t know if it was just a bad batch but super upsetting. If you’re looking to order I would just recommend trying out their cakes before spending a lot of money. Food: 1

I bought a cake for my 16 year old birthday and spend 300 dollars on a cake to feed 50 dollars. The instructions given was to refrigerate the cake until the celebration, so the icing wont melt. I got the cake out of fridge 1 hour prior to cutting the cake. The icing tasted funny, and it fell off in chunks. The cake went to waste. I emailed , and the owner just said sorry that happened to you and you are supposed the take the cake out hours before cutting. I do not believe this is true and I lost the email battle. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again

You don’t get tastier then Sugar Bee! We ordered a cake for my parents 50th anniversary along with gluten free cupcakes. The cake was beyond beautiful! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5 stars on flavor and Presentation

My recent purchase of a wedding cake was highly disappointing. I contacted the shop via email and phone and explained the issues. Wrong color and fingerprints and damage in the cake (see pics) Although the cake itself was a beautiful cake it was suppose to be dusty blue per picture we gave them. When I called the shop and sent them these photos, they said the staff at the venue probably touched the cake. As far as the color they said they matched it the best they could off of a photo, that I should have given them a color swatch. (which was never said during our ordering time) You can see the blue sash next to the cake, color it was suppose to be. also you can see the sugar flowers with the right colors. The final picture is the color it was suppose to be. Highly disappointed in the customer service to blame the venue for the damage to the cake. For the amount we paid, the color at least should have been correct!!

We ordered a small cake for our elopement in Joshua Tree and picked it up the day before. We shared a couple pieces with our amazing photographers, cedarandpines.com, and then we ate every last bite of it ourselves, finishing the last piece at the airport on the way home! It was that good. Possibly the best cake I've had. And also beautiful!

Candace was great! We tried a couple of places around town for our wedding cake and ended up really enjoying the flavor Sugarbee offers as well as the environment Candace created. I am vegan and my fiancé (now husband) is definitely not, so finding a cake was going to be a bit of a challenge. My husband really like her lemon cake and strawberry filling, this ended up being our middle tier. Candace then set up a second tasting with us at no extra charge to try her vegan options. She worked up some flavors just for us as well as vegan icing to try. We ended up doing vegan vanilla for the top layer and vegan red velvet for the bottom. For taste she strongly suggested not doing fondant and just doing the icing, which was all vegan and very white. We sent her a picture of the designee wanted and she delivered. She showed up to the venue on time, add all the flower provided by our florist and was just a really sweet and genuine person the day of the event. I strongly recommend Candace and Sugarbee for all your cake needs.
