I do not have to many nice things to say about Management but staff is awesome. My food is made correctly and without hassle. Manager always messes up my food and then has a surprised look on her face when I stand my ground. All you have to do is read if you cant have someone else do it. Very rude lady at the front register. I ordered curbside because the app states it’s available. And my food sat there getting cold because they refused to bring it out. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at this particular subway before. She even told me, “do you see a sign outside?” I knew something was up when the ladies were all laughing inside and I had no clue why. Now I know. Please do something about your location. Was trying to Oder food the workers where ride and rolled there eyes and where high.. get new workers that’s why business is slow .. Wendy customer service was horrible. She made the experience bad. Her attitude was as if I was bothering her while she was at work. I ordered curbside for a sandwich and ended up waiting for 20+ minutes to just end up having to go inside myself to get it. Honestly, it is an unacceptable experience.
