As a self-acclaimed regular at this location, I may be biased, but I'm a regular here because they have been by far the best location in the Champaign/Urbana area. I definitely go out of my way to this location, because all other locations in my area are simply jokes. These guys take pride in making their sandwiches', they're kind, and they're professional. I have never had a bad interaction here, or even a complaint about the sandwiches', which can't be said about other locations. I know it's just Subway, but thank you; thank you for not being one of those locations that has teenagers that don't care, managers that are skimpy on sandwich toppings, and employees that are overall just miserable with their jobs. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I guess I came in at a busy time because the line was a little long and there was only 1 person making the subs. The veggies didn't look that appetizing so I skipped over those. When I took a bite into the hawaiian sub, the cold cuts were fresh but the bread had this old taste and texture.

Will not order from here again. Did an online order and they messed up both sandwiches, they were both very cold, and they gave my wife entirely the wrong sandwich and it was so soggy it was falling apart. Plus they gave me the wrong kind of meat and didn’t give the double meat version that I ordered.

This is definitely the best subway location in town it is very clean I came here 1/9 around 3pm and the young lady that Made my order is very nice and polite and because of her my food was delicious. Thank you!

The people making the sandwiches never really changed their gloves. There was a mime of at least 7 to 8 people and I did not once see any of the employees change their gloves. Ibhave gotten food poisoning from this particular subway. It was so bad I had to go to the hospital and miss a few days if work. No one go here please!! You will get very sick!!

Staff are so nice! I don't have a particularly complicated order nor do I go during the lunch rush but my experiences have always been very good.

clean place, today at lunch: employees needed more training on how to prepare food order, no teamwork between them, when i complained about how food looks, the young girl din't care because she didn't do it, at the end she replied "whatever" ... no smile and no interest in doing the job. also the "out of order sign" in mens wc is already 2nd month?
