Don't go to this subway or place any online orders here. They don't honor any coupons and will cancel your order. I had a pickup time of 1:40 and I walk in to them telling me my order was automatically cancelled when it came in, yet sent me no alert or message, and looked at my like I'm stupid for not understanding why there's no order for me, wasted my time coming here and will never enter the location again. This store is the worst Subway location in Anne Arundel County. They will cancel your order manually even if you get email confirmation that it's ready if you use coupon or if there's a promotion like buy one get one. Also if you order online, they will put inadequate meat on it and load your sub with lettuce and other topping that you would not even notice the protein. This store also operates without a supervisor and a manager on duty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Im only giving a 5 star for today febuary 6th and my order and how nice they were very polite and make my simple order as i like it . Fresh green lettuce . Fresh tasting seafood . Soft warm great itailan foot long . All ingredints are perfect but shouldnt they be . Judge at your own visit i havent been here in many months .

STAY AWAY FROM SUBWAY MILLERSVILLE. Their customer service is beyond poor. They will argue with you about coupons on the app of orders that went through on the app. Absolutely horrible experience at Subway Millersville, MD today. No wonder the place was empty. The franchisee/operator is NASTY and is probably driving customers away. Placed my order on the Subway app, used one of the corporate coupon codes Subway mailed out. Franchisee guy started doing my order. At one point he noticed that I used a coupon. Kept telling me to sit down (why? so I could not see what he was doing? I did not want to sit down. I wanted to see the sandwich being made). But he told me multiple times to "take a seat" while he made the sandwich. Odd. A lady comes put, perhaps his wife and he shows her the receipt. She starts getting mean and saying I can't use a coupon. I say it's a coupon that sent in US mail and worked online so I'm good. The two of them keep talking amongst themselves and I'm in a hurry and ask them if we can finish my order. They keep getting nasty to me. I say the only reason I came in was because of the offer and if this is how they're going to treat customers, then I will never give them my business again. You should also know the restaurant was completely empty with not a customer in sight and they have a hand written sign inside the store with about 10 sandwiches that they won't take any coupon on. No wonder why no one goes to this Millersville, MD location. I had a horrible experience and couldn't believe how nasty these folk were. (the guy also didn't even follow my order. I mentioned I wanted LESS mayo and he not only put a ton of mayo down the first time but then went back a 2md time later after putting the bacon in and did MORE mayo). the whole experience today was just a mess and I'm not happy with how mean these folks were to me. I was very disappointed on my trip here the other day. I ordered ahead of time using the app. Usual when I do this my order is ready when I arrive. This time I got there and there were three other customers ordering and nothing in the pickup location so I waited. About the time my sandwich was ready the place got busy; however even though the app said my simple steak sub on white with nothing added was ready it was till not in the mobile order pickup. I waited about 15 minutes longer and then waited in line. When asked what I wanted to order I showed the first my online order. She walked away and I go no other acknowledgement about my order. I waited there until the next person asked me the same thing. I repeat it that I was looking for my mobile order. This time the guy walks over near the cash register, picks up my sandwich and brings it to me. He said next time you don't actually have to wait in line you just have to go to the register and they will give you your mobile order. No while that's great, I would think that if the mobile orders have to be picked up at the cash register then you would either put a sign on the mobile order shelves over move those shelves all together. Needless to say since I ordered my sandwich just before noon and didn't get it until 12:40 p.m. it was soggy, not warm and not so great. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

All right I tried to be kind about this but after my last few visits I'm very disappointed. First every time I come to this location and ask for 9 grain honey oat I get wheat bread instead. And when I questioned about said bread I am told that this product is what I asked for. Second, I don't know if management is lacking but every time I come on a Saturday there is always one person there. Just one! I'm not angry at the sandwich makers. Honestly I feel sorry for them that they are made to work by themselves. Third, why is it that every time I order a pepperoni pizza and I watch them put it in the oven it's mostly raw by the time I get home? I'm less than 5 minutes from this location and I have to put this pizza in the microwave. Is the toaster not working right? Or do employees not know which button to press to toast properly? I will be reasonable to say that I know times are tough and they may be short-staffed. But that is no reason for one person to run an entire store alone. Someone from management should have been there to assist the employee. That's just my two cents. Honestly if you're looking for a top-notch Subway in the Pasadena area in Maryland then I suggest the one on Mountain Road right next to Pizza City. 10 years and I've never had a problem with that location. Wonderful! Back to the issue. I know the management from this location and they do have a habit of leaving their employees to fend for themselves. They also own another Subway in the Southdale shopping center in Glen Burnie. Don't know how much has changed at that location. But if you're in the mood for subs while in the area might I suggest something from a small mom-and-pop shop instead? Plenty of choices to choose from around the area.
