My first time ordering online from this location . When I arrived my online order was not ready (even though the app alerted me it was) No big deal though . One of the employees stated they had a rush but my order was up next. I was very skeptical about using the online ordering system for subway from the beginning but wanted to give it a shot. My issue was that I was NOT satisfied with my sandwiches at all . They were both excessively over loaded with veggies and condiments to the point where it wasn’t enjoyable . I hate messy sandwiches because the bread gets super soggy. I only asked for a little extra onions. Everything else was supposed to be regular portions, smh. All we could taste was the loads of honey mustard! I hate I wasted my coupon on the disappointment! I didn’t have time to even complain & ask for it to be corrected because it was my lunch break unfortunately. It was 12pm when I went in today. All the staff were friendly despite being in the middle of lunch rush. They displayed excellent teamwork and made me a delicious sandwich in a quick amount of time. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I called because I ordered through the app and the items I listed to add to my wrap were not there. As well as special instructions that the app asks if you would like for a sub. When I told the employee that the wrap did not have anything on it besides chicken... Only chicken, no ceasar or anything, just plain chicken and that the app shows my order as I placed it, she just said oh ok.... Nothing else... When I ask "just ok?" She said "have a good night"... did not try to help or anything. On the receipt it shows the special instructions and even that the wrap was supposed to be a ceasar wrap. Not very happy with the app or the service I recirece tonight.

I just had to walk out of this establishment without even getting my food. There was only one person in front of me in line when I got here, but the staff kept prioritizing online orders over the people that are standing right in front of them. The first staff member started to take my order then literally walked away while I was talking to her in order to start making an online order that had just come in. So now despite the fact that I was standing right there, have been in line, and they finally started to take my order, I am having 4 subs being made in front of mine. They finally took my order and started making it, put it in the toaster, but then left it sitting there on the counter to get cold while they kept making online order after online order, barely acknowledging myself or the growing line of people behind me. It was exactly 32 minutes from the time I was at the front of the line and began to give me order to the time I walked out the door WITHOUT my food because I had to get back to work and could not wait any longer. None of the staff even apologized for the incredibly long wait. From now on I will not be visiting this location. If I want subway I will go to one of the other locations here in Washington even though it's an extra 5+ minutes down the road. I am generally not a person to write a bad review but this was just absolutely ridiculous. Service: 1

Downloaded the subway app and ordered online for the first time with them. Order was wrong and I politely told them. They were more concerned about who did or didn’t do it instead of showing some decent customer service and just fix the order. We waited yet another 15 minutes for them to correct so I sat back in my husband’s truck. He went in to grab when it was ready. We should have triple checked before leaving because once we got home my husband said you wouldn’t believe!!! After 40-50 minutes they still did not get right. The entire sub was wrong. My husband ordered a footlong meatball and actually got a Philly 6”. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Bro they could never pick up the phone. I’ve been calling them 30 times a day they do not pick up the phone no matter what y’all need to get some better employees in there.

I ordered through the app at 6:30p.m. said the order would be ready at 6:55p.m. the past 2 times I have ordered through the app the subs take longer that what is stated by a considerable margin... sometimes 30 min over what the app states. I talked with the employees about this and they apologize saying they have cut hours and now there is only one sandwich artist working. Understandable, I'm not hard to get along with. Tonight however they unexpectedly changed the hours without stating clearly on the app. When I showed up at 7:15 ( to give them extra time for having only one employee of course) the door was locked and assumbely the one employee working went to the back and refused to open the door or give me the subs that have already been paid for.. called there phone 8 times. Called corporate and they said there is not allot of communication about the local stores adjusting there hours. I did not receive my money back or the 2$ in rewards that I used because I am a frequent customer. The employee left through the back door. I understand there is allot going on... but I just got robbed by a chain restaurant. I'll be back tomorrow morning at 10am exactly to make this right. Terrible customer service!!!
I usually love this place but for the last couple of times I have eaten there the subs have been horrible. The bread is always dry and stale . when it is toasted it just crumbles apart when you bite it. The last two subs that I got from there all ordered within the same week I got as a takeout. I got it home poorly made bun came apart was not even fit to eat. Very unclean food prep area all of the toppings were mixed in together with other toppings. have seen it this way several times. the service is poor and the employees were rude very rude when I called to complain. She actually hung up on me twice. I will not be eating there again.
