Not sure if the workers are shy but they don't like to talk to customers. Also this location could have 10 people or 1 person ahead of you, just be prepared to wait 20mins minimum. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

poor service. Yes they are normal slow. But when you have no tomatoes you. need to notify customers before they stand in long lines. A gentleman ask to see the manager for an explanation he/she never even peep to see his concerns. Subway you need to do better

This subway location 📍 customer service needs to be better. Customers wait long in the lines to place their orders and staff are not efficient at their work. Looking forward to better service next time.

Just imagine a full storage of bread and yet still could not get what I wanted.. oh the bread can't cut they not too long come out only 2 options available wheat and oats... Okay still ordered (4) footlongs chicken teriyaki After reaching home eating with my family they was like where the meat if I got two pieces of chicken it was too much come on man yall could do better.. I paid my money

Good service and very efficient. I was told that there was no garlic sauce before I ordered my sandwich so I can decide before I ordered... Nice touch there.

The subway experience varies with branch and workers. Xtra foods branch in omeara has been my personal favorite as they go one step further in offering quick service. UWI branch, is actual trash, and all others lie between these two extremes.

Takes forever now to get your order because of the delivery orders that has to be made before they actually take your order! More than 30mins waiting in line
