Me and my friend came to get food before our flight, and I kept telling the lady what I wanted and she got mad at me bc she couldn’t hear me even tho I was basically yelling. And then when we were in the middle of ordering our food the computer stopped working so it was cash only. We had no cash so we told them that we couldn’t buy our already made sandwiches. They got super mad at us and yelled at us saying that we shouldn’t have ordered if we didn’t have cash, yet the issue didn’t arise until we had already ordered our food. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very bad attitudes. Very forcefully loaded our sub with honey mustard. Don't pass your negativity onto others. Food: 1 Service: 1

Check your receipts, actual base charge was $1 more than listed on the menu board. Stale bread, mediocre sandwich, nowhere near worth the $15+ they're (over)charging. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I worked there for 3 years straight even managed to work another part time job In the airport. I really liked my job there besides always being short staffed all the time and being underpaid went i had the experience. Even when Dealing with rude customers..I remained neutral even humbled cause I loved to watch the planes go off from the window💯 & meet new people I might have been a little late somedays but I never called off or refused overtime, I even miss some old coworkers..just wished it was better staffed I would probably still be there

Three employees were working today around 2:30 pm. All of them were miserable, especially Andrea, who prepared my food. No personality, no people skills, poor communication skills, unapproachable. She mumbled everything she said to me as if it was a bother for her to open her mouth and speak to me. She didn't say one full sentence to me until I paid she said, "Have a nice day," in the same, monotone, barely audible mumble. I could have gone anywhere in the airport for overly priced, mediocre food and guaranteed would have received better service. I'd pay more for friendlier service.
America's friendly customer service totally disappear when you step inside of an airport. This subway might be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The Staff was 3 teenage girls who was outside in the restaurant on their phones when we arrived. The moment they saw us they sighed, like *oh no a customer* they didn't say hi, they took our order while mumbling so whenever we asked them to speak louder they rolled their eyes and made it pretty clear we were not wanted. The moment our order was done, and we had paid, they immediately ran out in the restaurant back on their phones without saying anything. They did'nt even bother to give my mother her meal, so she had to reach over the counter to get it. After all this negative feedback it's weird nothing has been done to improve the customer service. Were this subway is a joke compared to all the other ones i've been to.

Do they even screen employees before they hire? Got stuck in line behind two other airport workers buying subs and the "sandwich artist" was more concerned about talking airport gossip with the employees rather than making sandwiches. Unfortunately they made the 10 minute to doors closed for my flight and I had to leave before he was even able to begin making my sub after waiting in line for 10 minutes.

The 2 girls who work here are very rude and can't be bothered to keep their ingredients stocked. They weren't busy at all but were running short on pretty much everything, so they only put on a little bit of whatever ingredient was requested. Lazy and rude.

I went at 8:20 pm the place was open. A lady sitting in the back room & a young lady at the front. As soon as she saw us, she left the counter to refill her soda cup & said "we're closed" we asked: "closed?", without even stopping she said "i think so " !! Zero customer service!
Worst subway experience ever, the girl looked mad to be working, she also had long hair in a side ponytail that kept almost touching the food and the surfaces they food go on. Then found out that she put hot sauce on our sandwiches making them inedible. We had a flight to get on so just wanted to warn people go somewhere else instead. My poor 7 year old is starving now bc she put hot sauce on hers too. Not to mention the sandwiches were horribly put together and all the lettuce and tomato fell out as soon as you opened the wrapper.
