I used to love this Subway but the quality has steadily declined the past few years. I have placed several online orders and I have yet to receive a correct order. Today I ordered a great garlic sub, which is supposed to be made with rotisserie chicken and garlic aioli, and instead received something resembling buffalo chicken. It has chunks of chicken, not the shredded up rotisserie, and maybe buffalo sauce, I’m not sure. The sandwich is also a disaster (see photo). I have done several of the Subway surveys but management never seems to act on the customers’ concerns. From now on, I will drive further to get my food from a restaurant with competent employees and management who cares about their customers. Did a pick up order on 10/26/2023 at 5:20pm. And my order looked like it was made by a three year old. And not sure how that can be. When the order receipt literally tells you what to put on the sandwich. And how much of each product. First and last time I will go to this Subway. Save yourself the hassle and go to another Subway.
