I would give No stars for service, if it was possible. The serving staff did not listen to the order well and was very impatient and rude. The person at the checkout was even more rude and refused to mark the sandwiches. Just asked us to open the sandwiches if we wanted to know whats what. All staff unprofessional. Subway should cancel the franchise and shut the shop down. These people should not be running food business.. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Service: 1

They made it really quick for the crowd we had. Sandwich is good like any other locations. Veg ate fresh and warm. I didn’t knw we can use rewards, will use it next time. Dine in place near the store was awesome too Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

it's subway... a subway at the smaller terminal of MSP. subway only tastes so good and everyone should know that so idk what people are complaining about. staff were fine so again idk what others are talking about. just tell them what you want on your sandwich and you won't have any issues with them "being rude". was $14 for a footlong. food tasted off. barely any toppings. workers were very slow, didnt offer bag or napkins, mumbled total. toasted sandwich without asking. the bread was soggy. so much wrong. i eat at subways all the time, and this is by far the worst one ive ever been to.

I ordered 6 sandwiches from subway store terminal 2 at MSP airport , very rude , no patience !!! Absolutely unprofessional behavior with lots of attitude !!! Did not mark sandwiches , hard to identify. This is the fastest way to loosing loyal customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yeah... hard to find positives about this joint. 1) Hard to find. Tucked away behind the wine place. 2) Expensive! 12" turkey breast and a pop will run ya about $12.50. 3) Staff. Didn't speak English well. When I ordered my pop the guy didn't give me a cup, I asked him for one and he said it was in my sandwich...? I had to explain a couple of times before he got it. He was friendly though, he just had no idea what I was saying. I'm glad to give these folks opportunity in the States.

50ft line but these guys were fully staffed and pumping out sandwiches like a well oiled machine. Hardest working subway workers I've ever seen.

Got a rotisserie chicken salad. It tasted good, but there was a hard something in it that could have fractured a tooth. I complained about it and requested a refund. Store manager called the district manager and he said, "No." Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
