Subway y’all need to do better. Whoever the district manager is needs to be fired!! I always come in and they’re always single staffed or understaffed with the amount of Togo orders they have to do and in person customers. Keith is a wonderful worker and can make a mean sandwich but as a manager myself, subway makes billions a year and y’all can’t staff more then one at a time??? Next time I come in and see a single staffed person I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. DO BETTER SUBWAY! Atmosphere: 1

-5 stars, dont go at night. Young lady who works graveyard doesn't listen and is in a rush to get you out of her hair. Seems way more interested in her friends who showed up than making my sandwich the way I asked. I specifically asked her to go light on the condiments, and she proceeded to drench my sandwich in sauce. Grossest wettest subway ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I come to this location which is RIGHT NEXT TO MY HOUSE I get a sandwich that looks like a 2 year old made then kicked around and sat on! Mayo and mustard ALL OVER THE BREAD and wrapper ! Worst service and oddest attitude I've ever experienced. I'm pretty sure the two guys working were hoping to be done with their day an hour before closing. When I walked in it was like they walked to the back to hide. I waited and eventually got their attention because they were trying to pretend there was no one there. I SHOULD have just left but one man finally came to the front. He seemed so irritated that I would dare come into the shop to order a sandwich. With every ingredient he added he did it as if his mother took away his video games and was forcing him to do things. They didn't have any lettuce ready so because I asked for lettuce I guess I ruined his day because he was tossing the trays. Obviously he didn't want to be working. Deciding to buy dinner here last night was one of the most traumatic experiences I ever had. They would not give the difference of the money (It was over $3) that they overcharged me with. I told them, I'll just take two cookies and we'll call it even. They won't even do that. All I wanted was a meatball sub and a #3 combo with cookies and drinks. The lady behind the counter seemed inexperienced so I reiterated my order a few times and had to fix one sandwich. She gave me the 2 sandwiches, two cookies and no drink. At this point I just wanted to leave. I paid and the lady asked me if I wanted the receipt. She looked suspish when she asked this question so I checked the receipt immediately and sure enough, she charged me a steak sub #1, #3, and two cookies (not combo) for $29. So I told them about the overcharge and showed them my order and my receipt. They told me that they have to call upper management because they'll be short if they give me the money that I am owed. I told them they can just give me 2 additional cookies and we'll call it even. They said they can't do that either. I waited several minutes for them to figure out what to do and I just couldn't wait any more so I told them that I just want all my money back and I returned their sandwiches and cookies. Now this is what happened next. I waited 30-45 minutes for them to return my money. I told them that I'll call the cops because they are stealing my money. Why in the world do I have to involve the cops so I can get my money back? Why do I have to wait this long? Do they overcharge customers on purpose? I don't know. These people wasted my time and made me feel as if it was my fault that I was overcharged. What a horrible experience! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You guys need to fix your entrance door. It's way too heavy and my kid hurt herself opening it and it smashing onto her because you need to force that door open. Don't hurt your customers!

I have ordered 2 tuna footlong sandwiches. Always, there are 4 scoops of tuna mix goes on each footlong sandwich. The young worker put 3 scoops of tuna mix on the first sandwich and I told her that she missed one scoop, and she added 4th scoop of tuna mix to the footlong. On the second footlong sandwich she added 3 fool scoops of tuna mix and a half of scoop instead of 4. I started to joke if they were short on tuna mix today and asked to add more tuna. She added half of spoon with unhappy face, like it was my fault that she didn't do her job correctly. Moreover, she never apologized and never looked in my eyes when I was talking to her. I have complained about this upleasent situation to the other worker while checking out. He did apologize for his coworker. But, I will avoid this location anyway.
