Server name is Katelyn, she has exceptional customer service skills. One of the nicest and kindest employee I’ve encountered. I believe when employees have strong work ethics they deserve a praise and Katelyn definitely deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service she provides to Subway. Definitely hire more staff that have the same attitude and quality as this would certainly make it a better world we live in. I had a very long day per say and after this encounter it absolutely made my day!

This subway was suggested to stop at by my beautiful beautiful best friend and I have never enjoyed myself more. Please do yourself a favor and go to this subway. They got something really special going on!

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. The party in front of us ordered 4 subs and it took atleast 20 minutes to make them. I could understand this if there was only 1 person working but there were 4 people behind the counter. I expressed we were in a hurry and no one offered to help the girl putting the meat on the sandwiches. They all stood there. Absolute TERRIBLE experience.
There is only one place to eat here, it was very busy 7 people working in the tiny truck stop subway and every single one of them was wearing their required mask UNDER their nose, breathing all over our food. This is during the height of Covid 19, 70,000 new cases a day. Her response when I questioned why, "its hot back here, hard to breathe" I wonder if she'll find it hard to breathe on a ventilator??
Today we stopped at the Subway store at 14731 W. Pennsylvania, Bedford, PA 15522. The state requires all employees to wear masks inside public places, and the masks are to cover noses and mouths. So my wife and I were astonished to see all four staffpersons were wearing masks over their mouths but not their noses - almost as if they were doing it as a formality. My wife politely suggested that they fully wear the masks, They didn't reply; instead, they rolled their eyes, looked at one another, and continued on as before. Shame on this store for their failure to put the law, and customer safety - let alone customer service - front and center.
An employee by the name of "Heather" was absolutely horrible. She looked miserable and didn't change one expression on her face. She looked like she did not want to be there at all and it felt like I was bothering her. I don't know how any subway even hired someone so rude and incompetent to the customers. She also worked at the pace of a snail and caused a line that was ridiculous. She should be fired immediately.
