I hate leaving reviews like this but I have to be honest about my experience... And after this one, I was reminded why I hadn't been to a subway in over a decade. They completely skimped on vegetables on my sub. They did put a decent amount of very dry, tasted like it's been sitting out for days meat on it, so I will give them that. And that's why this isn't a 1 star review. But to skimp on vegetables, which are much cheaper than meat, there's absolutely no excuse. Won't be coming here again. Not worth the $11. Will just go to Jersey Mike's and get a much better sandwich for an extra 2 or 3 bucks. Picture attached for reference.

If I can put zero stars I would. Will never go there again. I was eating my food at the store when I'm over half way done with my sandwich the woman who made my sandwich leans over the counter and tells me, I owe a dollar. I said what she said you owe me a dollar. I said for what I paid for my food. She said you got extra bacon when I didnt and then tells me I need to pay now. So I'm supposed to drop my food and pay you, She says yes. I walked out of the store and will never see that place again.
For a Subway, this one is good. My sandwiches are always made with the "correct" amount of ingredients and to my liking. The employees are friendly and greet you upon entry. They're quick and the process is painless like it should be. This location actually has giardiniera which I appreciate on my spicy italian.

My sandwich came with guacamole. They game me the smallest thin squirt of guacamole out of a bag. Didn't spread it. Also served me 1 slice less than the standard portion for bacon. Being stingy will catch up with them, as I will not return. I feel as if I was ripped off if I compare them to other Subway restaurants.
The service was absolutely horrible! You have the people behind the counter arguing with your customers. One customer literally walked out you lost money. While the 2 girls boyfriends sat at the table and laughed. This went on for almost 20 minutes while your 2 employees continued to argue with your customers. This happened on Thursday evening 11-14-17. You just had several sandwiches thrown away because your customers walked out without wanting them. 4 sandwiches not sold and thrown in.the garnage! Now your staff is continuing to complain about your customers to other customer's while you have multpiple customers sitting In your dinning room. Probably should close up shop and sell or think about getting a WHOLE new staff!!!!
I visit this particular subway quite often due to me working in St. Charles, it's horrible. Every time i go in there are a bunch of teenagers hanging out because their friend works there. I'm fine with that... what I'm not fine with is the yelling, screaming and cursing while I'm sitting trying to eat. Not to mention random kids walking behind the counter and helping customers while wearing a tank top. Can't even tell if they actually work there or not. Very unprofessional. Should have recorded the nonsense and put it on YouTube. Management needs to crack down on these teens and their buddies.
I visited my local subway on Sunday at 6:30. The woman working was very rude. I went with two of my friends and we were eating our sandwiches minding our own business until she approaches us sitting at the booth and says “I’m closing can you go outside” along with another family sitting right next to us. Very rude and unprofessional I’m very disappointed. I very disrespected never will I ever go back to this subway. #deloresstrong

I really enjoy Brittanis presence there. She makes the sandwiches very special it makes me want to come back every day when I see Brittani put ham on my bread. The meatballs are also a fav for my stomach. Thank you for your support!
They made my sandwich fast and it tastes good. I like the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Please bring back roast beef.
