I order a sub to get and started to eat and found a black hair in my sub but was already home. I called the store Joe had answered and apologized and asked what they could do for me so I asked for a refund and then they asked if I paid card or cash and that they weren’t sure how to do it they would have to contact the manager and ask how but yet didn’t ask for my name or my phone number so I said well let me atleast give you my name so you know what to look for and then I called back to the store cause I didn’t see any return and then no one answered the phone. Everything is OK, my main complaint is that it is consistently closed before 9:30 pm. I even called earlier to confirm they close at 930 then I arrive at 7:45pm and the gate is closed. Why have open and closing times if they are never adhered to? Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The most miserable workers ever!! Went there for the first time, I said "how are you?" The young girl looked at me and said nothing, she couldn't have been more rude if she tried. THE worst and most unprofessional attitudes I've ever witnessed, the funniest part is when I checked-out, it asked me for a tip 😄.We will never go back! 0 stars!!!!
