Today is Saint Patrick's day and my 82 year old mom needed to use the bathroom. I told the lady there that I will buy a soda if she let my mom go to the bathroom and the lady said that the bathroom is closed. I then stated but my sister in law just used the bathroom their with her son and the lady still won't let my 82 year old mom. That lady doesn't have a heart!

Food is great. Clean restuarant. Mostly friendly staff. Stopped in for dinner one night and there were 2 employees there. First one was very polite and respectful. The one who rang me up was a little impatient when I was deciding what I wanted on my sub. Her attitude will not deter me from eating there.

Very good food, I love subway, wasn't really pleased with service tho. A dude with red dyed hair wouldn't stop talking to one of his friends(?) While makimg my sub, got one of my toppings wrong : (

Unprofessional staff. Make their own rules and very miserable kind of funny how miserable they are never going there agian because I was greeted with attitude and they don't know how to make a simple sandwich if it depends on it better subway on 61

My daughter and her husband came in their today for a sub for me and them and they got theirs and, I wish you all reading this will see how poor these ppl are. The new girls in the pottsville store centre street they were to make me a turkey sub on wheat bread and extra mayo extra black olives 2 strips of bacon and some spinach with the stems cut off provolone cheese and tomatoe and sweet mustard with some olive oil and these girls gave me a sub white bread and spinich WTF is this how can you mess something up and when, I called their to ask for the manager a girl got on the phone and told me that they are pretty much all the managers taken over for the main manager and that she needed my reciept which, I have and that she would make it and im unable to walk their for it and my daughter and husband started fighting over him going their and so I went wothout eating This is the poorest store EVER I WENT TO AND SEEN. Im glad, Im leaving and moving to the city, Pottshell is going to the trash because peoiple dont listen and they treat us like the trash they are.
