Well, it's just a regular Subway fast food restaurant. It has a very convenient location, basically at the exit to the towns of Santa Isabel and Coamo on highway PR-52. It shares the building with an El Mesón Restaurant, but Subway in on the back of the place. It seems like sometimes they ahead of time (which might understandable due to cleaning and everything involved in the closing tasks), but you can always use the drive thru. Last time, I think in order to speed up the serving process, the sandwich was cold. In fact, it wasn't that food to be honest. However, the person who took our order was nice and kid. We were just there because of the $5.99 footlong sandwich offer. One more thing, don't park beside/under the restaurant's big sign (I think it's an El Meson sign), lots of birds spent the night there and they will absolutely poop your car, probably without mercy or any remorse.

Small cozy clean place, the staff was attentive and friendly. This place also has bathrooms,drive through and wheelchair accessible entrance the parking is for all the entire compound and it does include handicap parking mask and Covid ID card are required.
Hey! Management! Your employees are great. However, you are incompetent since there is always something not available from the menu. Better not blame your staff but yourself so that you can accept and correct.
Food is good but service is lacking. Employees are not cordial. No smile, "no thank you for coming, I'm glad you are here. My job depends of it" attitude.
