I never write reviews but this subway in flatwoods really deserves a review. The past couple months every time I go there they cannot get a simple order correct. I tried to call in an order, which is something I do often and then I Pick my food up. Well after telling the employee my order he then says to me, " you know why don't you just come in and order it will be faster" he really didn't give me another option as he quickly hung up on me. Several times I have ordered online and they never put what I ask for on my sandwiches. I am paying for this extra stuff to be added and not getting it. The problem is the two young boys they hired. I asked for more mayonnaise and the girl literally got mad! She did not want to put everything on the sub. She had like 2 1/2 inch nails too and couldn't hold onto the ingredients! The best subway I have ever been to. The place is always spotless. The employees are always friendly and willing to make whatever concoction you can think of. I have been coming here for about 2 years now at least 2-3 times a month and have not had a single bad experience. They need to use this store as a training model to show how things should be done. Thank you all for your hard work and outstanding customer service.

I would have given a better rating but the young lady who waited on me seemed more concerned about going outside with her boyfriend instead of taking care of customers. I've always liked Subway, but this one is by far the best ever! The food is excellent and they always ask just how much of the dressing you do or don't want and do their absolute best to give you the sandwich of your dreams. Also, I noticed that another reviewer commented on a gentleman that works there and I just wanted to mention that I agree completely. He makes my day whenever I go there and makes a great sandwich too. It just doesn't get any better!

Ordered 4 sandwiches all of which came out very good. We ate in the restaurant which was clean and the workers were doing a great job to make sure things were stocked up the location also had some cute fall decor that made it feel more homey and less frnachise-ish. Overall great job.
