I had a Chipotle Southwest Steak & Cheese spinach wrap from Subway yesterday. Wow! It actually looked just like the picture! It was delicious! Not too hot. Just right. I hadn't been to Subway in a long time because I was bored with the menu. Shazam! Check out their Signature Wraps! You'll be glad you did!

They have the classics. My BMT was tasty. The also tout their new menu items. They, too, looked good - but I went for the classic. Clean restaurant. Friendly team working. They host the works - sandwiches, cookies, drinks and more. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

The staff here are absolutely the rudest I have ever encountered. I purchased a sub online and showed proof of payment- the woman working "Laura" (older, dark hair) was nasty and made zero attempt to help me rectify situation after claiming she didn't receive it. I was even willing to pay AGAIN. She belittled her staff attempting to help me and when I asked her to stop she clapped her hands in my face and told me to leave. She then called the police- yup THE POLICE because I wouldn't engage and asked her to stop being rude to me and belittling the other employees. Come to find out she is not even in a position over employees as she has zero power and has only been employed there for 2 months. She is a terrible representation of the brand. I went to Publix and got a better sub for a better price.

Awesome customer service. The subs are always delicious. I started coming to this subway 7 years ago and the food is always fresh and the place is always clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to this establishment today 09/19/22 at around 5:40 PM, the lady who seemed Latina was short, didn’t have a name badge helped us out. We ordered two meat ball subs, when she began to prep our sandwiches she put on gloves and proceeded to clean the counter with those gloves she put on and immediately afterwards started to prepare the sandwiches with the filthy gloves!!! When we pointed out the error the subway lady had a problem with our request to please change the gloves and give us fresh new bread. Totally unprofessional, unclean establishment, unfriendly, we will never ever eat here again. I will be calling the Florida Health Department. Someone is going to get sick with that type of unprofessional service.

I'm very disappointed, I ordered 3 subs online for curbside and sat outside waiting for 10 minutes then go inside to find out where its at only to find out they ended up canceling it due to the store being busy. I wasn't notified or anything, all the website said was it was ready. I wasted my time and gas. I will never go back to this subway. Super unprofessional and the employees always have attitudes Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Terrible customer service and attitude. I came in the store 23 minutes before it was going to close. Me and my wife needed a late dinner. Every single item had already been put away except for two of the bins, and the two women who were working there did Not even greet me, they literally just stopped what they were doing and just Stared at me in silence with a look of Hate, making it Extremely obvious that they did Not want me there because they had already put everything away Early and were cleaning before close. Disgusting treatment. I left. I will never go back to this location, and I will make sure that my Many family and friends will Not go to this location either.

My experience is just for today any other time they are perfectly fine but don't you dare call to place an order for pick up while you're driving because the girl on Sunday morning directed me to go online. When I managed the subway we would take orders by phone in person by fax hell by carrier pigeon if need be. IT'S MONET FOR THE STORE.... HELLLOOOOOOOO we didn't lose that customer by directing them to do something else to place their order. I hope the owner of the store sees this. When I see her myself I will let her know.

I hope Subway Corporate reads these reviews. I work next door to this location at Minuteman Press. I have lunch there at least 4 days a week. I have the receipts to prove it. Shani Castro is the manager, and someone needs to put up a monument in her honor. I watched her work from open to close, BY HERSELF, during the first months of the pandemic. Tirelessly waiting on customers, doing online orders, and keeping the sandwich line going with a smile, no matter what. Her dedication to the business and to her employees goes above and beyond. The people who work for her are equally dedicated to their jobs, and always have a smile. Thought I was the only one who still believed in job loyalty and giving 110%. Is so awesome to see that it's still out there, right next door. Every company should have employees like this. If I could give more stars here... I would fill up the page.

Bring back the Chipotle southwest sauce and I might consider eating at this establishment again. What a joke they take away the one sauce that made these garbage sandwiches somewhat palatable. What a joke.
