We had a great experience here. The kindest, most patient young man waited on my daughter last night. She's 11 and although she is very mature and responsible for her age, she's never made an unaccompanied in-person Subway order before. I was waiting on the car with her sick brother and sent her in with a list. She told me how this gentleman was so nice and helpful. She had an issue with our card and he also helped her figure it out. I hope his boss sees this review so he gets the recognition that he deserves! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is not my favorite Subway I’ve ever been to. All of the staff I have encountered are all extremely rude. They seem disinterested and really just want you to leave. I get that they want to get customers in and out as fast as they can but they do not have to be so blatantly obvious about it. They are also very stingy on the veggie toppings. I ask for lettuce and they give me a minuscule handful, sloppily thrown on my sandwich. I always have to ask for more and they just give you the rudest look like ‘are you serious right now.’ If they weren’t so stingy in the first place I wouldn’t have to ask them to do their job better🤷🏻‍♀️ also, their veggie station is always a mess and cross-contaminated. There are olives in the lettuce, tomatoes in the pickles, etc. they need to work on their cleanliness and staff attitudes. Oh her than that, the food is good. Definitely not worth the price at $10 for a whole sandwich, so I only go when I get their “$5.99 any footlong “ coupons.

Food was fresh and tasty this subway actually puts 4 scoops of tuna wow...it was standard..but when walking in the place was dead and very dirty but over all food was fast and Cynthia was so friendly and fun..! Also on another note all three of us asked for baskets..they said they were all out so we used napkins really and why

This subway is horrible. Everytime we order from this subway, they screw up the order, in one way or another. Then if you go in, they are either rude or super slow, or both. Go to the one at Litchfield and Waddell instead. Way better experience there with online orders and in person. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stood in line for 25 minutes took up my whole lunch break before I was helped they said they had to restock the veggies couldn't even get any food

I've been a subway fan for over 20 years, and since the remodel (and new staff) this is now my worst subway location experience. My last 3 visits over the last two months has been consistent: 20 minute waits (with 0 or 1 person in front of me), hard/old bread,cold chicken terriaki meat, chips always running out, and extremely sloppy sandwichs that are just thrown into the bread. Subway is great, its just the new staff and lack of managerial oversight at this location that make it my worst subway experience. Ill drive a couple of miles for the next one from now on. :( Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

So I don’t go out to eat anymore cuz the service just sucks and nobody cares what that r doing.. I eat a lot of subway and expect them to put love into it like it was there own sandwich.. him for the last couple years of my subway experiences have been not so good but the other day I came here and there were two gentlemen or the absolute best guy make sure none of my steak fell off the sandwich .. that’s important. Anyways I hope the subway keeps it up because that service goes a long way thank you guys for the good experience can’t wait to go back

Service sucks! The kids that work there never greet customers nor do they make an effort to acknowledge them! Instead they talk amongst themselves (loudly) about each others pay rate, how awful online orders are and other inappropriate topics that are unprofessional for any customer to witness. I hate to blame management, but these employees will never change if their manager doesn't address their poor behaviors.

My dad, brother and I ordered from here, specified everything and they still messed up the sandwiches. We specified toasted, none of them were toasted, everything including my chicken was cold. They put olives on my dad's sandwich when it wasn't even asked to be put on there. Overall just a horrible experience, all three sandwiches were incorrect, we won't go to that one again. I had previously had bad experiences at this location but I ended up going back and it’s way better now. Staff was friendly enough and my sandwich tasted like subway. Update: I hope the kid working there today is getting paid 3x the normal subway worker since he was doing the work of 3 employees. The place was full and he was taking care of everyone on his own. I ordered online and although it took way longer to make than estimated the fact that I even got my sandwiches is impressive. Hire more employees subway.
