This is the third time I have attempted to go to this subway. The first time they were still open in the middle of the day but said that they were out of bread! Why are you open then? The second time I went I asked if they have any of the new sidekick items(churro) available? They said with an attitude that they didn’t prep any and it would be two hours before they had any. The third and last time I went today and asked again about the sidekick items. First I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone would come out of the back and help us. There were 6 people in line. You could hear them talking and laughing. We called out and rang the bell several times and no one came out. When they did they had a nasty and rude attitude. And again they said they had no cookies or churros prepped and it would be 2 hours. I won’t ever be back to this location. I waited in front for 10 minutes. Didn't see the bell, it was way off to the side and not in a place that customers could see. When I said hello, I was met with such a hateful and rude attitude by the lady who came out. I asked her in a polite way why no one was up front, she said cuz we're in the back working. She was so mean and rude with how she was speaking to me. I asked her why she was being so agressive. I am a Muslim hijabi and with all the Islamaphobia going around, I'm sure she was being prejudice against me because she didn't talk to the man after me in that same manner. She was really nice to him. Then she sarcastically spoke kinder to me as if I was a little baby. She's a disgusting human being and should not be the face of your store. I couldn't believe that people are actually allowed to treat people like this in customer service. Your staff sucks big time. I am about half through a take my time, and do what I wanna 1485 mile road trip.This was by far my best experience so far. Friendly, smiling staff, that welcome you when you enter. Connect interpersonally with each customer, while still providing quality meals in an expedient manner. I came today around 8 AM. I was really hungry when I entered to Subway, there was one girl told me that they are closed for 30 minutes. It is unusual thing for subway never come again to this location

My husband's order was refused at 10:40 by a employee name Stephanie. She said, "after these folks i am done" he said it's only 10:40 she said i don't care i am here by myself and I am gone...This is ridiculous! These employees need training and customer service skills. Also hire more employees!

The service was a little slow and not especially friendly. They did not have oat bread, which is my favorite. The tables were decently clean. It is a truck stop, so I suppose you can't expect it to be too nice? But not somewhere I would want to stop for food unless I had to do so.
