Disgusting inside, Customer was terrible, and I politely told the lady never mind and left awkwardly because after looking how dirty everything was I had a feeling I would get sick eating here. Subways are normally very clean restaurants so this was very shocking. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I dont EVER post anything negative especially for reviews, because who got the time, right? But I made a special exception for this subway. This is by far the worst subway out of all of them. I dont even want to harp on the cleanliness because my black *** wasn't staying in store to eat anyway. Read other reviews about the cleanliness if you want MORE info on that. but I ordered the most basic of basic sandwhichs. A toasted BLT with double bacon and cucumbers for lunch. you would think 🤔 this would be simple (for a sandwhich shop), but to my dumbfounded surprise, I open the flimsiest, most drenched In mayo and mustard?(Why??)... BLT of my life. They forgot to toast it, add tomato, or double bacon, but they didn't forget to add the ridiculous amount of mustard I didn't order. I wore the biggest frown at this monstrosity of a sandwich I didn't want, as I immediately tossed it in the garbage. I will never go to this subway again despite it being close to home. GO TO ANY OTHER SUBWAY. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS. REALLY!!! or better yet, go across the street from here to Safeway and get a better sandwich for half the price. do better Indian lady. do better subway. Customer service terrible… why would I be charged for extra cheese when menu clearly says 2x cheese.???? Worker never informed us just charged us. Then when asking why, the rude lady to say she hasn’t had a chance to change her prices and they will be changed tomorrow smh…. Never again…. Also had to ask worker to change gloves after she made another customers food and handed his transaction. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bad service all around. Had to ask the person with bad attitude who made my sandwich to add 4th slice of tomato on a footlong sub as she kept putting less and less ingredients on it. At the end she was visibly upset when I pulled my coupons and told me their computer does not scan coupons, however when I scanned it went through just fine. This place is sketchy. Online order wasn't ready when I arrived although it had been about 15 min since it had been placed. I tried to be understanding as she was the only worker however when I went inside she had one other customer with one sub she was ringing up and asked me how she could help I explained I had a mobile orders and she said "oh I'm starting now". There were 2 subs and one salad on my order and it took her 10 more min to finish. Definitely have patience and time on your hands if going here. This subway is horrible. The staff looked at me like I had a disease when I walked through the door. Like my being a customer was an inconvenience to them. I got no hello, no how can I help u nothin. The 2 older middle eastern ladies just looked at me with hate. I had ordered the Philly to-go through the app. On the app it looks like a full delicious sandwich but when I got home to eat it my bread was basically empty. It looked like they took the meat and other fixens to make a 6in and spread it out for a footlong. Probably cuz I used one of the coupons i get a whole sheet of in the mail every few weeks. The rude hateful lady begrudgingly handed me my sandwich no thank you, no have a good day,, no thank u come again, nothin. There was no verbal exchange from either of these women. I will never come to this subway or probably any other subway again. If I want a sandwich I'll go to Jimmy John's where you get what u pay for and they treat you like a customer and not a burden. If you want a better service, order online first and pick up. Your coupon will be honored the way it should be without extra charge, or force to pick some other cheaper item instead. Don't know about other locations, but at this Subway, the meat is a lot less now comparing to what it used to be. This location used to be great but not anymore.
