I normally don’t leave negative reviews because I give people the benefit of the doubt but this is now the SECOND time I have been to this subway and have had horrible service. I have worked for subway myself and if you are out of cookies you HAVE to make more. The employee told me “if you don’t see them in the box then we are out and I’m not turning the oven on this late to make more.” Mind you it’s 645-7pm and they have 2 more hours until the stores closes. Management is failing this store. The young men working there have been rude and inattentive the last two times I have gone to this subway. I will not be returning after this. What a joke. Terrible customer service. The “Manager” didn’t allow me to switch out chips that were the same price when subways online app doesn’t have all the selections that the store offers. The manager was worried about inventory. But yet can’t build a sandwhich to directions given on an online order app. She gave me Swiss instead of pepper jack and didn’t follow the directions of double toasting. The “Manager” is so caught up with policy that she can’t make a sandwhich too directions on a ticket. Needs retraining on making a sandwhich and customer service. Update: makes me sad to have to leave this review because this used to be my favorite subway but it has gone WAY downhill. Everything! The store is yucky, the food is meh, they are out of everything and the add ons look gross. Go anywhere else. Must have new management. Sad. Best Subway around! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful!! I’ve also used them to cater for 100+ people and everything was so organized and perfect!! I accidentally ordered my food too far in advance and when I called to tell them they put it aside in the cooler for me. When I went to pick it up they were making me a whole new one so it would still be hot when I ate it! I appreciate them doing that for me so much!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is actually ridiculous. I was in a hurry before work and placed my order on the app. It said it'd be ready in ten minutes, I was there in 15. Subway had only a couple of people in line, so I checked in and they told me my food wasn't ready yet. There were four employees, one looking like a manager. A family of 6 or 7 came in, and these employees made me and two other mobile orderers wait until their line was completely empty before even STARTING our orders. Ordered online two footlongs. Wrong bread, no cheese and had tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach and peppers which we ordered without on both. Wrong choice for lunch. Won't happen again.

I used to go to this subway a lot. I went there last Friday and ended up leaving. The worker with hot pink hair was jamming out to her music on her phone. She was singing and not paying attention to us or being friendly. The lady in front of me ordered a sandwich. Well half way thru her order while she still had her gloves on she dug in her pocket to turn her phone down 🤢. Then continued to work on the ladies sandwich. Gross! So I left.
