The girl who prepared our pickup order was very nice. It was made quickly and tasted good. I had to take my toddler to the restroom and on the way the floor was covered in a pool of water and the toilet was so moldy from not being scrubbed in at least a few days. Great food and service but cleanliness just wasn’t good. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

The guy working was super nice and working his tail off due to being short staffed. He kept a positive attitude and was very efficient. The sandwiches were made perfectly. I want to give this store a 10 from service to food quality! I came in today for lunch and have dietary restrictions on sugar. I ordered the rotisserie chicken salad and it was beyond amazing. The gentleman and lady who made it super friendly and helpful and the gentleman even went out of his way to check to see if lemonade had sugar in it, so I would know if I could drink it! Their suggestions for salad were perfect and I cannot say enough about their customer service it was top notch. Thank you 2 great employees for making my lunch so enjoyable. These two are keepers not something you see everyday in most places. I’m local and I will be back.

When you place an order on line, they wait until you get there to make the order, then you have to wait in line for them to make it. WHATS THE POINT OF ORDERING ON LINE? I placed my order online at 6:23pm arrived at 6:40pm, got my food at 7:18pm. When I got there, the employee told me it would be a minute. Current review 3/5: Seth was very attentive and took take care of my subs order very well. Definitely I would come back but I hope I will not be served by employee who burnt my subs before Seth took over his shift :P. Thanks for taking care of the regular customers Seth. Cheers. Previous review 1/5: This was my last carryout order from this location. I ordered two (2) sandwiches (teriyaki chicken and steak). All of the subs had almost no meat whatsoever and the bread was completely burnt. The subs were inedible. I always pay extra (leaving 15% tip) to make sure the sandwiches are done well but I guess the crew does not care any longer. Please fire all the crew from October 8th evening shift or future customers will experience inedible subs very soon too. Good Luck with your business model! There was 1 man running the whole show. no telling how long he was there by himself. I think his name was Chris. not sure. but he was so fast and efficient. you can tell he put his heart into those sandwiches. didn’t even have time to breathe. i commend him so much🥲 he made sure my whole group of 5 was in and out, and had a LINE he didn’t even take a second to himself. Twice now we have ordered through the Subway app and discovered our sandwiches were incorrectly made. The last time, which was on August 14th, even the dried out bread wasn't the right type.
