Awesome steak. Came with grilled tomatoes and mushrooms which were delicious and such a good alternative to the usual boring pub salad with snotty dressing. Chips were superb and real potatoes. Nothing left on our plates.
The tablet ordering system worked well and meant we could order as we wanted and didn't need to catch the eye of wait staff.
Beers and Aperol spritz were excellent too, and super friendly service! Great vibes and good music on a sunny day under an umbrella overlooking the water. Thank you! 🙏

Chargrilled Scotch Fillet
We both went for the steak meal, which I think was very pricey. Around the high $30 mark, possibly closer to $40, then $30. Small meal, steak, chips & tomato. The steak was cooked beautifully (re: photo). Came with garlic butter & aioli was an extra.
Our 6 year old had a kids burger meal, which she demolished in record time 🤣 & we all had a drink. All up, it cost $138.
The outlook is lovely over the beach, so if you like people watching, great spot for that.
We found the general vibe, feel & service is very same same average.

ordering via tablet was nice and easy, drinks and food came quickly. i accidentally ordered the grilled halloumi meal instead of the chicken parmigiana and was so surprised at how delicious it was. i'm definitely not vegetarian but honestly didn't miss the meat here, the grilled halloumi was so delicious and so was the salad with it (rare to get a good accompanying salad in most places). husband got the fried chicken burger with chips and loved that. great panhead pazy ale on tap too 👌🌞

Found the service impeccable! Staff were super kind and our mains were ready within about 10 minutes?!
Positioned right on the waterfront with amazing views.
The only this is that the food is extremely expensive eg: $32 for a salad with plain tofu, lettuce, pumpkin and corn and $32 for fish and chips.
However considering how nice the overall experience was and being right on the waterfront, I do understand the pricing, but just something to keep in mind when visiting for the first time.
We had an awesome Sunday evening celebrating our wedding anniversary and Mum’s 69th birthday. The atmosphere is excellent, service quick and friendly and the food was amazing! We all thoroughly enjoyed all the different starters, mains, desserts and drinks we had. The vegetarian options are particularly amazing here. Special thanks to Rebekah for securing us a table for our group of 7 on what was a busy night in Whitianga. Highly recommend this place, we were nothing short of stoked with our meal and the whole dining experience. Can’t wait to go back next time we are in town!

Everytime we are in Whiti we go to stoked. Every time is yum… (my daughter and I generally order the same faves) - but this time was especially yum! The fattest juiciest coro mussels, perfectly cooked steak with fresh sides and just the best coconut panacotta. 10/10. Stoked at stoked always

Thai Coconut Mussels
The restaurant was very busy when we arrived so we sat at the bar. We asked if a table became available could we be moved & it wasn’t long before we got a table closer to the front of the restaurant. Placing the food & drinks order was easy & the food came out very quickly. The wait staff were very welcoming & friendly and the food was very yummy. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Thanks!!

We had a great lunch there yesterday while visiting Whitianga and we were very impressed ! Great food and friendly prompt service with a stunning view. The Ika Mata was outstanding. ! We highly recommend and have already told friends who are heading to Whitianga soon they must have a meal at this Restaurant !
