Trading hours are written as follows Monday-Sunday 09:00-20:00 Friday- Saturday 09:00-21:00 Public holidays 09:00-20:00 When you get there you wait, staff don't even notify you of time changes they just watch you sit there and make a fool of yourself, honestly hate the service at Steers tsakane mall they treat us like animals even when they don't have certain ingredients they don't tell you nicely, steers should consider taking their tsakane mall staff for customer care courses. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

03/08/2021 The manager or senior staff was rude and even went as far as going "abantu base loktion", that time I was asking for a refund on a ridiculously expensive can of coke which the cashier never bothered mentioning its price. The chips/fries portion was a disgrace and the chicken my partner had was very dry and unflavored!👎

I placed an order on the 4 x steers burgers promotion and paid online, recieved no response for over an hour. At about 2.5 hours the driver pitched with the food and we had already eaten, I declined the food and wanted a refund. The driver just had an attitude, left the slip with me and drove of with the food while I was speaking to him. I want my money back! The manager has to sort out the poor services at their franchise at Tsakane Mall steers. This was a very disappointing experience.

They always offline wen I'm about to buy with the wi code voucher The only steers I got assisted me was calton center JHB steers.. I think they must phone them n get sm tips n how to assist customers that are using vouchers

I'm really disappointed with the delivery service. I placed an order at 2pm and after an hour I tried calling but the was no answer. I tried calling back for like two hours and no answer they only got back to me at 18:15. Saying that they only received info on my order at that time.

Steers Tsakane mall, placed an order for a Ribster meal, what a total waste of my money, should have just bought myself a kota for less. The ribster patty was undercooked, extremely cold, the chips were cold. It took them 30 minutes to prepape and deliver which i don't have a problem with, but the food was just disgusting, literally threw the burger in the bin coz i got so revolted after my first bite. Thank you for the appalling service 🚮

I've never been so disappointed. Not only did I receive the wrong order but my order was for medium chips and I literally got small with 8 fries inside😒😒

Yesterday at around 15:50, I bought Two Wacky Wack meals and one Burger had a half patty. We couldn't complain because we took the meals home. I was really disappointed with the experience 😏
