Extremely slow service. Totally got our order wrong and when we showed it to them they got very angry instead of just saying sorry and rectifying it. Would not recommend Service Take out Meal type Lunch

Will never come back. They forgot my order. Staff is al chetty with each other and not helping customers. When i got my food 40min later the fries where burnt. If i could give them a 0/5 I would.

Horrible experience. Not even 1 star worth. If I could give 0 star I would... Wanted to swop beef patty for veg (like the menu on the screen also shows) but manager said its impossible with the system to do so. They must charge for normal veggie burger because you can't swop pattys. (again the menu on screen says BIG swop beef patty for chicken or veg!) Orderd 7 chips and only received 6. Staff also work without gloves and not very hygienic. Will never stop there again when I drive there and would never recommend them for anyone!

Waited 20 minutes for 3 icecreams and 4 people orderd after us 4 meals and icecream and they got it before us. And they just looked at us didn't start the icecream until after 20 minutes when we said something
