We live only a few minutes away, we ordered our food and had to wait 2 hours, and when we called to follow up on our order the server on the phone had an attitude towards us, like we were bothering her by asking about a 2 hour wait. A while back I had a negative experience with Steers Swakopmund. However, the service and product have improved satisfactory in my last two orders. It would only be fair to give recognition to the efforts of the management and staff. Keep up the good work. Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3

tried ordering by phone and could not get through. Phone was busy the whole time. Drove to steers and ordered and asked to deliver as she said it would take long. She got my cell no and address and that was 19h45. At 21h00, no food delivery yet, so i tried phoning again, phone still busy. At 21h30 my husband went to steers and they were already cleaning up and 2 delivery motorcycles were parked outside. Our food was still standing there getting cold and the only excuse was that they are busy. That is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Service Delivery Meal type Other

Why do you and debonaires use the same number, called and was assisted with really bad customer service by debonaires employee. Couldn't even order. First time after a long time I tried ordering from steers and this happens. The worst part is that the person said they will call back but never did. Definitely the last time in my life! Really an hour for 2 burgers and chips. According the assistant it will take 15 min which I understand but more than an hour and still nothing. This is really not good service at all
