I am very disappointed at the workers...Right now I am at steers and I was very bemused as of why the cashier was so rude to me,is it because I'm younger than her? Our food took close to 45mins to come because of the person making our milkshakes(which was the cashier btw)I am very disappointed because I love steers but this is very sad and disappointing Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could rate zero I would. I just got engaged to my amazing girl today and though of getting her Steers loaded fries just to not be helped standing over 20 minutes in a row and the cashier choosing to help other poeple behind me ignoring me flat like i don't excist. What a way to make her special day special....

I ordered via Uber eats, waited 2 hours and they still had no driver. Had to cancel order because I was ordering from work and it was time to go home. I was not refunded, what will happen now?

The guys who are serving day shift 06/01/24 always crook customers this is my second this is the second they are trying to give me small milkshake after I have ordered bar 1 please do something about those ladies I'm not happy at all.

A total waste of my money! , I ordered the full chicken through Mr D and I specifically said No Cut, we arrived late when I got there the lady was so rude she looked like she was disappointed I eventually came to get my order. So displeased my wife and I just walked away only to find the chicken was rock hard the pieces were not even full chicken and incorrect flavor. All so disappointing!

You can get a beer with your food for the convenience of this fast food restaurant chain store being in the casino's food court. There are a lot of people so sometimes it takes a few minutes to get to the selected cashier to place an order but it is still a little more than just a steers

Worst service. Rude Cashier who ignored myself and my daughter. We stood for a further 2 min while she blatantly ignored us. So I walked away and didn't order. Pathetic service from the cashier!!!! Service Take out Meal type Other

No value for your money here. Ordered a half chicken and a large chips but got a tiny portion of chips that looked like a medium. Only noticed this after leaving. I regret choosing the steers at Emperors that night. AND they didn't even put any sauces in the bag for us, had our chips dry. Hate wasting money like this mxm.😞😡

I do not recommend steers emperor's palace ,I bought full chicken and chips with a phanda burger yesterday 25/03/23 and said I want mild and they had the audacity to give me hot chicken ,failed to eat it and the painful part I was coming from work couldn't cook ....it was burnt also ,I'm never buying there again .

Am not happy at all with your service 😒 I ordered phanda meal at 16:05 I received my order at 17:30 and the burger was wet chips not well fried 😒 asked not to put onion and tomato but you did the opposite worse you didn't put the bacon bad service
