This place is disgustingly slow in serving customers. Manager together with staff are only interested in talking and joking with each other. I ordered a normal chicken burger and coke which took 40min for me to get it.....After placing my order at steers I then went to two other food outlets to order.....those two other outlets only took around 15min to have my order ready.......I watched how a family of 6 came to order but the staff and manager were too engrossed in their own conversations, the the family of 6 just walked away. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place......if you want efficient service you would never find it here. Please replace your staff if you want to keep customers coming. Shocking.

We bought the steers full chicken and it was the worse decision to even think of buying the chicken there as steers is normally famous for their burgers, as we were indulging ourselves with their chicken we did notice something was off with it, it was too dry and even the insides of the bones were dry and it had landed me to the doctors room the following day as I had diarrhea and I was throwing up the whole morning with stomach cramps and had to leave work to go to the doctor but thank God my child and fiancé symptoms were not as bad as mine were, I would not recommend the chicken. Disappointed customer. We have been ordering take away from Steers Pavilion on a regular basis. On every occasion we advise the staff that we do not want our chips over fried (Brown) and hard. Since this is a take out order, we believe that the staff are getting rid of the over fried (stale) chips. The service is bad. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not bother. Took 20 minutes to be served because all the staff including the only cook present was having a fat chat to a customer. Took another 40 minutes to receive a joke of a burger and cold chips. The yellow in the photo is all mustard.

If I could rate zero I would! Placed my order on Uber eats and 2 drivers turned back as they were not ready! They then called me to alter the order due to stock shortage. I accommodated that and still waited after the time kept changing. All of a sudden they cancelled my order without informing me!! They rejected my calls each time I tried to follow up and conveniently the shop then closed for the night!

We ordered at lunch time,and got the Cheesy Chips with Bacon and Jalapeno's and a Phanda burger special with the milkshake. The meal arrived within 10 min of order, and it was really upsetting to find that the burger has looked like it was thrown around the kitchen before being served, it was cold and the bun was mushy and stale and the mayo tasted horrible. (see attached image ) The cheesy chips were stale, hard and was cold when served. as if it was made previously and kept on a shelf for the next customer to come and order. I am very disgusted with the service from this store, as I really looked forward to enjoying Steer, but really wasted a R100 of my money. ....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STEERS....

Besides the long wait.. I'm now sitting with food poisoning from a chicken burger ordered. This is now the second experience from a steers, a week ago friend of mine had also experienced food poisoning after ordering from steers.
