Ordered a wacky, small shake and small chips. At the window, they gave just the wacky and slammed the window. Then I knock ask for the rest. "What rest?" So I stayed thr chips and shake, "oh what size" small I reply clearly seeing the young man is not intelligent. Brought only a small shake, I had to ask for the chips. Got them. Upon getting to my office, I realized I was charged for medium shake. How pathetic are the staff? Not going to fight for R7.00 just hire people of average competence. If I could give them a zero rating I would, we bought a full chicken, and that’s were our problems started the chicken looked pale like it was boiled, it tasted bland and was incredibly dry. We then returned it and we were met with animosity and rudeness, considering that we drove to the store again after their mishap the decent thing would have been to acknowledge the fault and at the least apologise, this seemingly was too much to ask for. Reading most of the reviews it seems like customers are requested to post a good remark. Probably by staff themselves. We've received a sms saying that our order has arrived when it hasn't. Some time later the driver calls saying that he is outside with the order. He was not. When he eventually arrived, our delivery was ice cold and chips looked like off-cut pieces. Bought a burger combo that comes with a coke through drive thru only to find out at home that there is no coke . Called them and l was told to give them my number and the lady said unfortunately there is no order on my number .l told her l bought through drive thru thats when she said she is going to call me now that was that .
