No onions, lettuce, tomato, a patty that’s barely bigger than a quarter, and a single stringy piece of bacon. I have promised I wouldn’t go to steak n shake again, gave them another chance, and they ruined it. We will see this company fall to McDonald’s soon.

Decided to stop by during half price happy hour (2pm-5pm) for the milkshakes. The restaurant was only open for service via the drive thru. It was very quiet when we were there and I did receive fast and friendly service. My group had the Snickers shake, Reese's Chocolate Peanut Butter shake, and the Red Velvet Oreo shake. All three shakes were delicious and more than worth it especially during half price happy hour(s). Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

The food was good but not the best ever. Fries were still warm but not hot when handed to me from the drive thru guy. Only took the standard Steak ‘n Shake amount of time to get food so not slow. I will probably eat here again but with so many burger options probably not very often, I like fresh hot fries! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I asked for a Frisco melt and honestly I don't think the cook would have ate what he made . Looked like he threw it all together . The fries are hard as hell and all I can say is disappointment . This is the last time I eat at steak and shake

I don’t ever leave reviews, I want to start there. I ordered a hamburger, a medium fry, and a sweet tea. I gotta say, this was the most disappointing meal I have ever ordered. It took 50 minutes, but I work in the industry, I can get over that. When my food finally arrived, it was cold. Like air conditioning cold. My fries were floppy and stuck together, and my tea was not only NOT sweet tea, but also it had gone bad. Wash ur tea urns guys! Aside from that, the burger was built how I specified, and I did use an app based delivery service. So maybe it’s my fault. Either way, last time I’ll order here. Oh, and no straw. Nice touch.

I want to preface this by saying I don’t write negative reviews unless the service was exceptionally bad. They should close this place down. Food in general was not good, and was made with multiple items missing and large amounts of incorrect condiments. Called to let them know, and someone on the phone offered to remake the incorrect sandwiches and give us the missing items. When I arrived the person at the drivethru had zero knowledge that they were to remake/replace items. They proceeded to argue and haggle for several minutes, only agreeing to give the missing items. Straight up, these guys are awful. I've tried to order, through Uber Eats, a few times now. This latest time and one other there are missing items. Not even close. Order Bacon Cheeseburger, no Bacon. Order Cheese Fries, no Cheese. A real pattern of no care at all for presentation or even inclusion of all that was ordered. The good news is Uber Eats has a means to somewhat recover, the bad news is Steak 'n Shake clearly does not care. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Listen, I'm going to give this place five stars because the food never disappoints - but the service takes forever. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what but if you go through the drive-thru expect to wait at least 30 minutes even with one or two cars in line. Glad this place reopened but wish it were faster.

Decent value menu & the food is soooooo much tastier than McDonald's. I compare them bc I usually eat here on my lunch break, but used to go to the nearby McD's. The time it takes to get the food & pricing are about the same, but SnS tastes so much better. The food is usually fresher, too. I've only been served old fries once, but I really didn't mind bc they weren't soggy & were still hot and crunchy (I'm a fan of thin crunchy fries). The servers frequently seem stressed, as the restaurant is likely understaffed, like everywhere, but they are polite & seem to be doing the best they can. I definitely appreciate what they do & that, unlike the nearby McDonald's, I'm getting tasty food at a reasonable price from decent people. Thanks, y'all! And hang in there! Ordered ahead to pick up in 2 hours. Got there on time only to wait another 30 minutes before the food was ready. Saw multiple people come in and get their food before me. All I ordered was 3 double steak burgers and still had to wait over 30 minutes from the time I put in that I wanted to pick the food up
