We ordered our food 50 minutes ago and I'm writing this as we are still waiting at their table. Can't speak for the food, but their non-responsivness explains enough about their work ethics and the overall quality. Our past hour was well spent in hunger. UPDATE AFTER FOOD: It was really good and was worth the wait. We ordered two dishes that contained grouper and octopus, respectively. Chanced upon this place very close to our hotel in Bayamon. Small local place, and the wait staff were very friendly but didn't speak much english (which is a good sign for authentic food). The food was authentic and absolutely delicious! Prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend the Arroz con Pollo.
