Ordered Strawberry lemonade, requested for less sugar and less ice. But the cashier was tempted to charge me for the vanilla syrup at RM2.45 (I havent make any payment at this point). I asked why there's vanilla syrup charges and the cashier wanted to ask me pay cz the drink has been served. However, the barista confirmed that the drink has no vanilla syrup only the cashier was willing to remove it from the bill. Imagine if I did not check my bill before making payment, so my RM2.45 just gone like this. So, remember to check your bill before making any payment. Happened on 13Feb around 6.50-7pm. I'm just waiting for Cashier busy talking to Airport staff. Maybe it's more than 5 minutes and from the look of it they just laugh. Cashier should know how to handle the situation and being considerate to other customers. Table are dirty. Maybe the shop are understaff. My flight was on friday, at 6.30pm and arrived airport 5.30pm. Que was about 5 persons infront of me and there were already a lot of people dining inside, probably waiting for the same flight. Ordered my drink and food. Waited around 10mins for my order. Drink and food taste the same like at other starbucks branches. Overall, good experience. initially i wanted to get the green tea cream frappucino however a staff serving me named racheal ny starts promoting their new pumpkin season drink. Despite me rejecting multiple times and explaning that i just want to get my green tea frappe, the staff just continuously promote their pumpkin drink. in the end, i got a pumpkin cream frappe top with green tea syrup and it cost me 28.60 and the taste of the drink wasent surprising and it taste similar to the normal green tea frappe which only cost around 22.60. i have paid an additional 6 RM for two similar drinks and i felt scamed in this whole situation. i hope that the manager can handle this situation seriously and i wont be visiting this outlet anymore. other tourist visiting, pleasr be aware of such situation. Your staff obvious prepare wrong the coffee as his colleague can be heard mention it to him. But he just proceed and give the coffee taste worst than 3 in 1. The one who prepare is a cashier and the barista who supposedly prepare the drink go to nearby shop awhile and left his station. Seriously during working hour?
