I was greeted when I walked in. I had to wait a couple minutes to place my order. The barista was very friendly and fixed my order immediately. Once you receive your cup there is a drink station that has the cup shields, lid plugs, etc. My drink was as good as usual. I recommend this location in Mt. Airy. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible long wait times for one drink and one cake pop. Line is wrapped around the building. Nasty trash all over the kitchen floor. Disgusting needs to be swept and mopped. Staff walking over the trash. Trash cans over flowing. Staff pushing trash down in the trash cans to make room and making drinks at the same time. Asked when will the cake pop be ready considering all they have to do is put it in a dang bag and hand it to me. Was responded with an attitude that they didn't know and the food was separate or something that didn't make sense. Rude and dirty. Never again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For the second time in the last 3 weeks, I've been waiting for over 40 minutes for one simple beverage?! Even ordered ahead of time on the app. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I wouldn't even have come except I have gift cards to spend. Mount Airy definitely deserves better than this Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We walked in at 5:30 pm on 12/27 to order two simple coffees. We were greeted by the cashier with, “There’s a 30 minute wait.” I clarified, “For coffee? Just plain coffee?” “Yes, because we have to make the drinks in the order that they come in, and there are some groups ahead of you.” I repeated. “Plain coffee?” She confirmed it, and we left. We went down the street to Duck Donuts where they made us decaf (which as everyone knows, you can’t get at Starbucks anyway. They only have Americano.) and they made us two fresh donuts. Go to Duck Donuts. Much better service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This store is the absolute worst starbucks I've been to. They're always out of almost everything especially in the bakery. The worst part is the wait time. I've been waiting 30mins for a mobile order with still 12 cars in front of me. My daughter is inside hoping they may get done faster and a man in front of her said his mobile order should've been ready 45mins ago. It's always like this. If there were another one in the area I'd be there. The employees are usually in a bad mood too. It's just not the best atmosphere for a Star Bs. Ive hesistated to write this review in hopes things would improve. I didnt want to commit to a knee jerk reaction but after 4 consistent experiences enough is enough. Ive been to this Starbucks over the past few weeks about 4 or 5 times. Each time is worse than the last. Ill place a mobile order for 1 or 2 drinks and 1 half is ready the other takes a literal hour to get. Sometimes we have to leave and return just to get it. I placed a mobile order last night and was told it would be ready in 10 mins I waited 30 and left. Along with other people who were so frustrated. So you owe me a drink. The café area is usually a little messy and theres NEVER any napkins or straws by the front door. Again all these issues have been consistent over a few visits which means thats the norm. The obvious and main factors are staffing. You're understaffed and your staff keeps taking order after order after order while 1 single employee is making all the drinks. Its simple math; youre overloading the "kitchen" and its understaffed thus a bottleneck occurs. I know you can afford more staff, youre wrapped around the building frequently and theres often 10-30 people inside waiting anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour for drinks. Your customers are committed, are you? Do something before you lose customers Starbucks Mt. Airy. HIRE SOME STAFF NOW. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Typical Starbucks. They ran a sale and had 3 staff members that couldn't keep up, we got our money back and left after waiting 20 minutes, others followed suit. Very friendly staff. We went inside because the drive thru line was long. We asked if they had the double chocolate chip frappe and she told us ‘we always have it’. Then after waiting about 15 minutes for our two drinks they just put it on the table didn’t call out our names. As well as they touched the mouth piece with there hand while shutting the lid on my drink and the frappe wasn’t what we asked for. Delicious!! They made my Chai latte with soy so yummy!! Creamy! The bathroom is pretty clean. No unisex bathroom!! It's great. I don't have to see dripping on the floor in front of the toilet. Hee hee.

After walking in, I waited 20 min for a simple single espresso and cup of water on a Thursday at 5:30PM. I had to leave because it wasn’t worth waiting for. There were 5+ staff members and many customers waiting inside and going thru drive-thru. I don’t understand why it was so busy. It was a simple shot of espresso.
