We had the Grande Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe and a birthday cake pop. The line for the drive thru was long so I went inside. The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. My daughter and I enjoy Friday’s together and Starbucks was our first stop. Five star service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We walked in and I was going to place a pretty large order, and the lady behind the register did not greet us, and right when I was about to order I saw a note on the counter saying no Soy milk left….I asked her, so you don’t have any soy milk? She gave us a look and said, “well I believe that’s what the note says!” I said ok, and left. Usually I’m pretty happy with this Starbucks, but I’m not a fan of that kind of attitude from an adult. We went across the street to the Kroger Starbucks, and service was awesome! I hope the manager will have a talk with her. I understand people have a bad day, but don’t use your customers as scapegoats. Service: 1
