Jordan was rude when I had to explain politely that my drink was wrong. Never said sorry. Never said thank you. Was just ticked that I would say my drink was wrong. This is unacceptable. I ordered correctly and politely asked for it to be remade when it was wrong. Why do we have to pay hard earned money to people and use our manners when they don’t have to use manners or even get it right. I will be filling out the Starbucks survey when it comes to my email.
