The Works is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at Starbucks after long walks. This place offers you to try nicely cooked sandwiches. This location is probably consistently the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. It is also probably the most-staffed Starbucks I have ever been to. Peculiar?! I'm not ever there during the morning time either. I typically visit late afternoon/early evening...like I did yesterday. I also typically only visit when I'm stopping at the thrift store next door...which I also did yesterday. There were only two customers in front of me but, at least seven waiting for their orders at the other end of the counter. Besides the cashier, there were two other employees who were crafting beverages. This location never seems to be understaffed. That's a good thing! The person at the counter was indifferent when I said 'Hello!'. [I wasn't actually greeted...just sort of looked at until I started placing my order.] Service has always been a gamble here though so, it's kind of expected. I ordered two basic Frappucinos...nothing extra/fancy about them. While we waited for our order, I noticed how dirty the store looked. The tables were smudged with grime from previous customers, several straw wrappers on the floor and the drink pick-up counter was wet/sticky. It's not a very big restaurant, should be easy enough to wipe down/pick up on occasion. There is a decent amount of seating and they do put tables on the sidewalk in the nicer months, as well. There appears to be plenty of outlets for charging devices nearby the indoor seating. The group of people at the end of the counter slowly started being served and leaving. It took a little over ten minutes to get our two drinks, with one coming out about three minutes before the other?! The Frappucinos were perfectly blended and tasted wonderful. Honestly, I have never had a 'bad' beverage here so, that's where the three stars come in. This is a critical part of the entire experience, afterall. Sidenote regarding the parking lot: [this aspect did not factor into the overall review rating whatsoever...just a heads up.] it is dan-ger-ous! It's a shared lot with a bank/large strip mall. The way people drive/park is insane. Someone leaving Starbucks always almost backs up right into me while pulling out of their parking spot. Last night, it was TWO cars...at the same time...parked right next to each other. Crazy! Be cautious. As for returning? I already know I almost-certainly will. The morning staff are always so fast & efficient. I find myself dropping my daughter off to daycare and placing my online order, stopping by & picking it up in a matter of 10min. The location is not ideal because it's located on a corner of a busy intersection with not many parking spaces. You definitely have to be careful when backing out of your parking space and looking for pedestrians. The morning staff are lovely though! Can't complain about the drinks, they're always soooo good & hit the spot on a early morning. I know the team can't help the location, but it's just a bummer it's a hit or miss when trying to find good/safe parking. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

4 people standing behind the counter and only 1 woman working. Woman happens to be a Muslim woman. When I asked why no one was helping her they said oh shift change. No excuse. You have 30 orders waiting. No excuse. One person should feel the heat of a small dinner rush. Shift changes shouldn't happen during busy hours either. The poor woman working is VERY overwhelmed and it was very clear when you walked into the establishment the attitude from the 4 just doing whatever they wanted vs filling orders. I order here occasionally, the same order everytime, usually online but not always. Every single time I'm waiting 10x longer than everyone else. I order a nitro cold brew, that's it. The cup sits under the tap and everyone walks past it 30 times filling other orders. Than I have to ask someone for my order as I've been standing there for 15 minutes and no one asked me what I'm waiting on. They look and sound annoyed with me, usually fill the drink 3/4 of the way, say nothing and I leave. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Well managed location. Nitro drinks are dispensed when you arrive (mobile) to stay fresh. I appreciate that even if it takes a few seconds longer. Easy access with 2 doors. I never learn my lesson coming to this Starbucks there always late on orders. You could order 10 minutes or even 15-20 mins before arriving and I bet you they won’t be even close to starting or having your order ready. They are so under staff I hate coming to this Starbucks I only come to it because it’s 3 minutes away from my job. I hate coming here I really do. Yes the drinks is good yes the food is good but the service SUCKS VERY BAD here !! I feel like they should hire more people because it’s getting out of control ! Slow and dirty. There was only one gal working up front taking orders and making drinks. She was working as quickly as she could and doing a great job. I felt bad for her. I could hear someone in the back and wondered why they didn’t come help out up front when there were 7 people waiting in line. Our drinks were good and tasted as they should, but this was probably the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Overall, just a 3 star rating. “Meh.”

Filthy. Tables were dirty. Floors were filthy. Trash all over the place. Inept staff. Lots of apparently homeless people coming in to use the restrooms and leaving a disgusting mess. The drinks were a waste of money basically already watered down. I came in the morning so I know it’s a bit busy but I didn’t know it would take 30 minutes to get one coffee. That was after the line. They need more employees or something. I highly recommend going to a drive thru Starbucks or but don’t order ahead because there timing is off. Such a ridiculous wait if you do a walk in. The app said it would take 3-6min for my drink to be done..it took 16min. The drinks that I got I had gotten at other Starbucks before, but they did not taste like how they were supposed to.
