Serving nicely cooked sandwiches is the unique characteristic of this cafe. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters serve good doughnuts here. Starbucks has good caramel macchiato, white chocolate mocha or white mocha among its drinks. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. I have a pet peeve about cashiers sitting my change on the counter and that was my experience here today. On top of that the counter where drinks are being made is dirty along with the lobby area and rest of the counters. Lastly there are supplies/inventory being rolled in the front door right through the lobby on several dolly’s causing customers to have to move around in order for the delivery persons to pass. Better management is needed. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The Barista (curly black hair, white male) was very rude when I asked him about the sizes. Gave me the WRONG size and then told me that this was LIGHT ICE when you literally can’t fill the cup anymore. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
I've submitted a more detailed account of my experience to corporate. I'm only posting here to caution other customers: If you're forced to interact with the curly-haired, white, male employee with a beard, consider recording your interactions. Especially if you're a woman. I have regularly visited Starbucks for over 26 years. My visits have trailed off lately because of this location. Most of the employees are very nice; it's typically just a quality control issue. I'd NEVER complained or asked for a remake before today, because I appreciate that most of the employees are really trying. However, today I encountered two male employees who were extremely nasty. I ordered the shaken iced brown sugar almondmilk latte, as I often do. I just ordered one yesterday. Today it was undrinkable. Not only was the espresso terribly burned; there was definitely no brown sugar syrup in it. I tried mixing it. There was nothing. I went back inside and meekly said, "I'm sorry, can you add the brown sugar syrup, because I order this all the time and I know it's missing." The white man with a beard and curly hair became EXTREMELY nasty. He snapped, "WELL WE CAN MAKE YOU ANOTHER ONE." I again meekly said, "I don't need another one if you can just add the syrup to this one." He snarled, "WELL, you already DRANK from it so WE CAN'T TOUCH IT." And bellowed, "WE'LL MAKE YOU ANOTHER ONE." Even the female employees around him looked uncomfortable and the other customers were staring. He also didn't even know that almondmilk is standard for this beverage, so I'm not sure how he has developed such a sense of superiority. The attached picture is of the remake. Look at it: Does that look shaken to you? Clearly they're punishing me for asking for a correction. The espresso is even more burned than the first one. I've been a coffee drinker since I was a little kid, because that's the norm in my culture. For me to say that a coffee drink is undrinkable, it has to be extreme. I don't know for sure who did the remake of this beverage. It was slammed down in front of me by another man (with dark skin, not to be confused with the third man who has medium color skin and a buzz cut); but I can't guarantee it was made by him. This is unfair not only to the customers, but to the other employees who exert so much effort trying to create positive experiences and doing the right thing. Nobody deserves abuse like this, regardless of whether they're getting paid or doing the paying. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
They stay busy at this location.. which they should.. it's the best one in the neighborhood.. although they just built a new one. The new one always gives me my drinks melted and not great service.. this location on the other hand is consistent and great service.. the parking lot is tight but.. that's ok.. I know what I am getting.. the customers are aggressive and need their coffee. They usually are screaming and blowing horns . I'm unsure who made my order this morning (and the past few to be honest) but BIG KUDOSSSS (I order via Ubereats each day)...Now I think I have a new addiction I don't need....lol My decaf coffee is made to PERFECTION at this location EVERYTIME. This location is amazing. The team works cohesively and makes drinks exactly as ordered. The service is friendly and quick. I have never had a bad experience here and stop by often. Sometimes you can't even bother with this business because of its: (1) Poor location mixed with (2) a very dumb drive through design. Most mornings you can simply glance at the messy, crowded little parking lot and immediately know you'll never get your drink in a reasonable amount of time. And the interior of the store is so small and claustrophobic, going inside is simply not an option - and my car would be trapped by the drive thru anyway.

I ordered the pineapple passion fruit lemonade drink from the drive through. It took over five minutes to get the drink while I was at the window. I received my drink, tasted it and it tasted watered down. I went in to tell them it tasted watery more then fruity. They apologized and preceded to make another. I noticed the lemonade was low in the container they was getting it from. Instead of pouring more lemonade in the container they poured more water and filled it to the top. Please taste your drink before you leave the store and drive through. The quality of the drinks are not like they use to be. I threw the drink away. I will not be returning to this location. I will take the extra miles to the Grayson location if I have to until this location bring back quality drinks.
