Every time I come here it’s a terrible experience. Plenty of times I’ve placed a mobile order and have had to wait 15 mins after the time my order should have been done for an iced coffee. Today I visited this store and used the mobile app for my order and chose to use the drive through. Lindsay made it very clear that I inconvenienced her by not checking drive thru for my order in the app. It was very rude the way she put it. I think better service could be given. That will be my last visit to your store. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fully staffed, clean Starbucks. Well stocked shelves with coffees, cups, mugs, and tumblers. Staff is friendly but was a bit slower than most Starbucks but they got my order right. They have a lot of drive through and web order business as it is a "drive thru" location. There is some seating inside but none outside. Restrooms are clean and are key coded so you will need to get the code at the counter. Decent parking but getting in and out is challenging as Rivers Ave is very busy during business commute hours. Went there a couple of months ago and there were no tables for customers inside or outside. The staff was sitting huddled together and did not acknowledge me. After a minute or so, I left without buying anything. I used to go get a coffee and read there. Not sure if they removed the table for cleaning or they stopped having people sit inside? I gave it 3 stars because I used to like it but my last visit was very strange to say the least. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Always spending 10 min waiting for a pre ordered coffee. 10 ppl in the lobby waiting on mobile orders and five drinks that belong to ppl that aren’t in the building. This is a new location and is very clean and orderly. I often order from my Starbucks app and they have never left me waiting! The staff is very friendly and cheerful, and they have a great space. I have had some really greet meetings here! There is also a long, conference-like table there that can seat 8 or more people, as well as single and small seating arrangements. Great place to study or get prepared for work! It is a wee bit hard to get to if you're coming from the wrong direction, but pro tip: pull in through the Vitamin Shoppe.

Phenomenal friendliness, delivery and speed, five star. However, accuracy, one star at times. My sausage looks an awful lot like bacon, and cream means a lot I guess. Ok in a pinch when the others are closed still, pre 6am.
