Just wanted to say THANKS for the excellent service we experience each and every time we come by to grab a latte. We stop by this Starbucks on our way to Seattle. They had a new egg bite, Kale and Mushroom which I never seen in Canada and it was great. It tasted earthy and light. The location was beautiful with Patio and drive through. Perfect quick stop. We got a Chai Latte and some treats and it was all great! They had nice selection of merchandise as well. I am a local mortgage lender and this is a great workspace “out of the office”. This is one of the only starbucks left in Bellingham that you can go and sit in/work. Right near western so great spot for students to study and close to the freeway so it is easily accessible. Friendly staff and great open concept. It’s holiday season and Starbucks placed lovely coffee cups on shelves with signs outside the shop and on the shelves inside the store saying 50% off. I picked up several cups for gifts but they were rung up FULL PRICED. When I asked he said well that for holiday cups. I pointed to a cup I purchased that had Christmas decorations on it! HUH? I told him it looks like fraud to me. List merchandise for 50% off then charging full price. BAH HUMBUG😡

Love Macy always so kind in the mornings. Even though the kind of pressure put on employees is ridiculous. I wish some patrons where more empathetic towards the people who get up early to make their coffee. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Negative staff review: Macy or perhaps Mazy, I have experienced MULTIPLE negative drive up experiences with this employee. I’m part of a medical community that utilized this Starbucks during the 5am hour. It’s has come to the point where we have morning conversations about the moodiness of this specific Starbucks employee on Samish. Please, put in the effort… at least while you are at work! It's a Starbucks so you know what to expect. Love the employees at this store, it's my usual Starbucks. They're quick and kind and make a consistently good drink. Nice interior, clean restrooms (two non-gendered restrooms with codes that you get from the cashier) fast service - everything was as it should be at this Starbucks. This one has a fairly good-sized interior also.

Rather enjoyed getting breakfast from this establishment on the way to the State Archives branch a short distance away. Service was great, food + coffee very fulfilling and free newspaper + WiFi also appreciated. A bit of a walk from the frequent Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA) though...
