I’m the operating partner for PF Changs just on the other side of this location. I’ve been coming in here 2-3 times a week since I moved here in February and have never experienced such amazing customer service! This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been in. This team is amazing but what makes it so great is a few of them greet me by name and already know my regular order. They are the sweetest team around and the exact reason I keep coming back so much. I was unfortunately pretty bummed when I ordered a venti drink and only received two thirds of it. I placed my order to be delivered and this was my drink straight out of the bag (the coffee was not spilt anywhere either). Very disappointed in finding out that my cup was not filled to the top. I had already left the drive-through when I went to take a drink, the cup seemed really light. I did not have time to turn around and go back to have it corrected. Unless so am wrong and this is this how the drink is supposed to look because I feel like I got cheated on a very expensive drink. I don’t know if this location got an new evening staff or what but the young lady who made my caramel ribbon crunch did an awful job :( I’m a night shift nurse at a local hospital so this is the first stop I make before I head into work.. Nothing for irritating than having your taste buds fixed for something and the presentation just disgust you. I’ve gotten the same beverage for 5 years now and I’ve never been more annoyed. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

Got my usual drink here, a coffee frap, and it was so amazingly good! I've literally not had a Starbucks drink taste this good ever! I live in California and now I'm sad I can't go to this location all the time. I had already lost hope for Starbucks because I've always gotten the same drink since Starbucks became a thing so I know they used to make my drink consistently good. But now in California it's always bad in a different way each time.
