I try not to really spend money on Starbucks if I can avoid it but they definitely make the experience great enough to keep coming back! everyone is so friendly! I accidentally ordered two location that wasn’t the one I needed to pick up from that was out of my way. I called them and requested that they cancel it. They told me that I should be able to go to anyone and get my items replaced. I came to this location on 1/35 and they refuse to do so, and wanted to charge me, I had my order on hand and they refused to replace the items which is terrible customer service because it’s still one company.
