I placed a mobile order and went through drive thru to pick it up. They gave my order to the person infront of me and it was returned because it wasn’t their order. The lady literally put it done on the counter and they gave the same one to me. Instead of making me a new one. I saw the whole thing and pointed it out. They blatantly denied it and said they made new one for me. Bunch of liars .very unhygienic. With everything going around they need to be more ethical and hygienic than that. Very disappointed

Normally when I come here they always get my order right. but today people who where working they just didn’t make it correctly. I asked them to make it again and the second time it was worse and there was only two girls working. There’s usually more than two people working.

They haven’t cleaned the place since their reopening in August 3.5 months ago!!! Tables (indoor and outdoor) floors, countertops everything is DIRTY!! Not to mention the bathroom! Plus they are not staffed enough for the orders (in store, mobile and drive thru). Starbucks used to be upscale but those days are long gone. The endlessly raising prices are the only thing « upscale » Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This place is madness. I know they just had a remodel done, but it’s very poorly space planned, and they aren’t set up to handle the maddening amount of mobile orders they receive. I’m not a Starbucks fan to begin with, but I had an appointment nearby and thought I’d give it another try. The servers were nice enough, even though they got my order wrong. Needless to say, I have tried many times to see what all the fuss is about with the Starbucks empire… but I won’t be going to another Starbucks. Absolutely dirty location bathroom was filthy and not stocked with toilet paper outdoor area was filthy as well
