There are 4 employees at 5 am and for some reason when I got here and there were at least 2 employees around 4:42 they just were okay with not running the drive thru and just having me aimlessly circle the drive thru. Sit and see if they could hear me. I saw them put on headsets once the two other people got in at 4:45. Sam let me know they open at 5 and was kind I just find it awful customer service in general and I am a SAHM who has been coming at the 4:30 open pretty regularly the past year. Not sure if it’s the lack of staffing but I feel for the employees and the customer appreciation has obviously suffered on the companies side by not staffing appropriately.
