The store has a large area with tables and chairs. The staff was slow in the afternoon. It took nearly 15 minutes to get a mobile order. The morning staff spreads gossip and talks inappropriately. It was really discouraging. I came here to work this morning and am hearing destructive words from the front after spending quite a lot for a large drink (lukewarm). Wishing people to have a nice day is not enough. There is no discretion about what they are doing and it comes from the managers as well. Starbucks stores are notorious for being gossipers and bad mouths. If there is a lawsuit against a business it should be Starbucks for mis-using their business for defamation of other people. Ok, I love me some coffee, but get this, one of their associates introduced me to my husband 17 years ago. She's a barista Cupid. Her name is Marlo and she's a gem. This Starbucks has the friendliest associates. I order my drinks through the app. The drive thru line can be long so I like to park and go in. Normally, I'm able to walk in and my drink is ready to be picked up.
