Your drive through ordering procedure is ridiculous, having someone stand outside with out a menu and they tell you we can’t see the menu screen before ordering. Then saying there is “pretty much nothing” to see is asinine. Give your employee a tablet like chic fil a or don’t make someone who doesn’t know or have the menu and let us use the damn ordering screen menu! Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Latte was outstanding, however, the customer service was subpar. Called my name, quickly put my drink on the mobile counter, and that was it. I would expect this from a fast food establishment but not Starbucks. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Disgusting attitudes every time I go in there. If I knew the 2 girls names I would mention them. They all need to learn people skills, and learn to do their job. I will no longer come here anymore. I pay for a coffee to be made how I ask, and then get an attitude when I say it’s wrong after paying extra for what I ask. I would give zero stars.

Tom's River Starbucks always goes out of there way to make me happy. They all know my drink and one of the only Starbucks that keeps decaf iced coffee all year round! I took a pic of the staff the day the electric went off and they stayed in 90 degree heat until it came back on.

They always make my drink right, and the one or two times that I went in with a Starbucks secret menu recipe - they were nice enough to do it for me. It really helps if you go in with the details of the recipe rather than just walking in and asking for it, because they don't always know what the secret menu items are.
