In response to Ahmed’s 1 star review – I was behind you in line and your review is inaccurate. You decided to order two drinks. You waited until it was tallied and ready for the card machine before you decided to order more. You repeated this process three times. Then after you paid, you decided to get something to eat. At no time did I hear you try to change your order.
I go to this Starbucks not only every morning, but typically twice a day. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are a delight to have in the community.
If I wasn’t behind you in line, I would likely have left this alone but you caught my eye as I had to wait so long for your multiple separate orders and decision making. That said, if you suffer the same mistake each morning - there is a Dunkin as well as a new local coffee shop that you can try. I hope that you have a better day and appreciate the hard work and value add that these guys - and other community workers - do for our community.

The coffee is delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They know how to talk to customers and make sure they are comfortable and have everything they need. They are the best staff in Neom, and we are very lucky to have them.
