I like this coffee chain. The coffee is good. I prefer my chai latte. Today for the first time ever I got old skimmed milk. You know the slightly sour taste in the milk. It has never happened before anywhere else. I was surprised. It wasn't spoiled but you know just before you throw away when you get that hink of sour. Dont know why, however I will always recommend for coffee or tea.

Love this place so much! The customer service here is so amazing and the servers are so kind and polite. Place is so spacious and welcoming for anyone. For me, I find that this place just hits different meaning the atmosphere is more welcoming and serene. But the best part is the amount of car parking this place has, because of the mall it is located in.

Would have given a 5 but my bathroom experience was UNACCEPTABLE!
After using the bathroom I realized that there was NO TOILET PAPER!
I had to literally DRIP DRY!
I had never experienced this before in any reputable organization's bathroom facility.
Whilst both the Supervisor and Store Manageress offered apologies, the Store Manager attempted to make the excuse " we are not perfect and learn from such occurence", HELL NO!
This should NEVER happen and the mere fact that last Sunday 17th was extremely busy, " half hour checks" on upkeep of bathroom facilities is UNACCEPTABLE!

While the coffee was good, like most places in Trinidad, when a product that is being showcased runs out there's no forewarning for customers. It is only when you are at the cashier that you are informed that they've run out of something...in this case pumpkin spice. Disappointing.

Nice atmosphere for hanging out with your friends or your family. Also great for a quick date spot with your significant other, especially after a movie. Drinks, desserts, souvenirs and quick meals are available. There are options for indoor and outdoor seating. Also a good place for a quick business meeting.

Cool customer service, place clean and well put together. Aesthetically pleasing just like any ordinary Starbucks that you would visit in a different country. Honestly surprised that they've maintain the quality and good name of the business

You can tell the vibe of a place by the amount and the type of people there. At this location, it has both plus nice staff for the times I visited.

Definitely addicted to not necessarily coffee, but their frappuccino drinks and refreshers. My favourite shop in the country. The place is always clean and the staff are always friendly and even willing to help decide what you might like. I love the ambience all-round.

Great customer service and tasty fraps, prices can be a bit lower, but I guess it accounts for inflation. Coffee needs to be made with more care, as i could have never purchased an americano and the Starbucks personnel getting it right.
