Waited 15 minutes for a hot chocolate that wasn't even hot. No one knew when their order was up because they yelled the number sat down the order and ran away. They need to write the number on the cups like traditional Starbucks writes the name. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I’m very disappointed! As a Starbucks barista I am very addicted to Starbucks just as much as the next guy. Since I understand why Starbucks is more pricey I’m normal okay with the price. However this place said it was $6.75 FOR A GRANDE. More expensive than any other Starbucks which was ridiculous, and I refuse to pay it. But the addiction kicked in, and I decided to give in. They not only charge a ridiculous amount but they false advertise! My grande drink cost nearly $8 and the woman who took my order was not friendly in the least bit! This is definitely not Starbucks quality! It’s way over priced they don’t have half the drinks and can’t make half the drinks as well as crapy customer service. Like I said very disappointing next time I camp here ill just have to leave the park to get starbs. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

gross. i got a pumpkin chai tea latte and i get it all the time at starbucks. they put way too much pumpkin syrup and the cold foam was just whip cream, would not recommend. they are clearly not trained baristas! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The food is ridiculously overpriced. I don’t know how corporations can just charge you 7$ for the tiniest coffee ever that’s 90% ice and 4$ for a cake pop. It just doesn’t make any sense at all. Of course bc of the location, the prices are more, but it’s still ridiculous to me. The workers here are also unfriendly, don’t know why. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped by the other day. The young ladies were running around clueless. My husband tried to just double check the one syrup for me, since I have food allergies. He said they were clueless & didn't seem to care, so he said never mind. It wasn't even that busy. There was only another couple behind him. The people in front of him had been standing there for a while. We're not sure why the staff didn't write the order & a name on the side of the cup, like all the other Starbucks. Being at an amusement park shouldn't make a difference in that procedure. He got an iced mocha & I a Pike Place with coconut milk. He said his was ok. Mine was not. It was the most flavorless coffee I have had in a very long time. It was like room temp coconut milk with a dash of coffee. We had to wait over 15 minutes for those "simple" coffees. This is the 1st time in many, many years of being a customer that we had terrible service & coffee. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

The Starbuck in knobels isn't horrible but when I can buy a venti coffee from a regular Starbucks for the price I paid for a flipping grande yeah it could have been better and doesn't have espresso I'm not sure why but meh for a quick coffee it works its just not the best Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

I asked for the same drink sitting on the counter behind the employee. She said they couldn't make it. Yet, there it was. Not a register issue, just that they didn't have what they needed to make the drink. The problem is that I ran a coffee shop. I pointed to and saw there was a brand new container on the shelf beside her. So then perhaps I would give her a good excuse by saying maybe the equipment wasn't working. To no avail she stuck with, "We're out of that right now". Business is slow anyway, but now it seemed like someone wanted to do even less and get paid. The other girls were all great.

I was here when I was at Knoebels, due to it being in the park near the Twister. I only got a cake pop but their drinks are very good. Great place to stop for a quick snack or drink. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Coffee was okay but they didn't have a Mocha Cookie Crumble which was sad considering it's supposed be Starbucks!
