No free refills at this location, especially if you order decaf. I was told that they do not have decaf at this store, yet they had decaf at their espresso bar. They wanted to charge me $3.95 for my FREE refill. These employees are just lazy. They didn't want to take the time to make a pour-over coffee drink. Additionally, this store was very dirty, and the bathroom needed attention. The whole time, they just played around like little children goofing off. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
