I couldn't sleep and am extremely tired. I told the barista this. Along with telling her I've a high sensitivity to caffeine and would like decaf. I work a job that requires focus and no jitters. I don't know how many shots were in my coffee. On top of being tired I'm verging on an anxiety attack and am still not any more 'awake'. I hope this gets read by the right person so this error doesn't happen to another person. It's uncomfortable enough I took the time to write this out. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I always order the same exact drink. A simple Iced coffee with the INCLUDED sugar and a splash of milk. I always pay $4.35 including tax for a grande. I decided to order a smaller size (tall) from this location this morning August 18th. The barista (sweet hapa looking African American gal) charged then charged me over $6 for a tall iced coffee!!! I should have got a Frappuccino for that price! No added caramel mocha etc! A simply iced coffee with sugar added and a splash of 1/2 and 1/2. I asked the other barista working why did she charge me $2 extra and she said "we have to charge for sugar and cream here." What the hey? Save your money and go to the professional and real Starbucks location. Or buy a 1/2 gallon of creamer for the same price ... super bogus this location charged $2 MORE for a SMALLER drink then the exact same larger drink that I get every day. Thankfully I called customer service and they refunded fully as the drink was rung in incorrectly. Thankful that the higher ups give resolve.

I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso but it had regular coffee with oat milk instead of the espresso. Really disappointed considering there were no other customers or drinks to be made. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Was so nice to park 18 wheeler for 30 minutes at the mall parking and get some hot coffee.

I love the new Christmas blend but its only available with a pour over. Hannah was very helpful and kind while taking my order and was very sweet while making my grande Christmas blend pour over. She talked to my wife and I while my coffee was being made and she was very knowledgeable with fun facts about coffee and Starbucks in general. Because of Hannah, my wife and I will be back very soon to get a cup of coffee before we go shopping.

Lots of Carmel no whip and extra crunch please . They remember me and know my drink very nice staff and super friendly and they seem to really like their jobs ND have great attitudes and always smiling. Thumbs up keep it up Starbucks Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

No other Starbucks I've been to can make a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino like these ladies do. And they're always friendly and pleasant despite the sometimes crazy lines they have to deal with.

Nice people, but the drink was super skimp on the matcha. Not sure if Starbucks changed the recipe but it was 99% milk...bleck.
